If you would like to deep in a special atmosphere of a german family, you can stay here. The Bei Weirich hotel is very convenient and very successfully located: very close all famous castles and wonderful lakes. The hotel is located between Fussen and Schwangau, there is very friendly staff in it and very spacious room for one traveller. I... More

We enjoyed our stay at this small hotel..our family had two rooms, 1 double, 1 triple. The value was good. The owners were very nice, they gave us a map to use, and helped with directions. Outside the hotel was a cute strawberry stand that we couldn't resist. This location was very close to Ludwigs castle Neuschwanstein.

It is a small hotel run by by an elderly couple. They were very helpful and nice to us. The hotel a bit old, it needs some refurbishments, but it is clean. It is at a good location the castles are approx. 5 minutes by car. The breakfast was good, nothing special. Altogether it is a good accommodation, it is... More

We travel quite often, and this is by far the most frustrating experience we had in our 2014 travels. We booked a room for the week after Christmas, and had to cancel due to weather conditions. Even though I was within the 1 day cancellation policy listed on Booking.com, the site was trying to charge me 80% for cancelling. I... More

This was a cute hotel is a quiet location - easy access to Fussen (15 min walk) and the castles (5 minute drive). The room was cozy and clean and provided for adequate space for both myself and my wife. The elderly couple running the place were friendly. Breakfast was not anything special and fairly light when compared with other... More

I was traveling with my wife and we enjoyed our stay at this interesting little hotel. It has the feeling of staying at your grandmother's house, but we liked it. Our room was small with an adequate bed and very old small TV. It didn't feel like we were staying in a hotel and we liked that. The decor and... More

Small gastahus run by an elderly couple, altough they are nice and firendly I would not reccomend to stay here. The rooms are moderatly clean, but the restaurant is dirty and the breakfast bad. You only get 3 h wifi for free and only for one divice and you can't buy more (!).

So, we booked through booking.com (reviews there were not bad). First of all I have to say that I don't understand how can someone rate their restaurant as great or even good. I had problem to eat breakfast there. The room is old and faded. Tablecloth on our table was dirty (!!) and so were the napkins. I chose the... More

We booked this hotel because of the reasonable price in high season and its perfect location (5 minute car drive to the 2 castles - Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau - and Füssen). We were very happy about the hotel: price quality is good, breakfast included and everything was clean. But the best surprise was the restaurant: The (friendly) owner cooked us... More

We booked this hotel because it was cheap, but we were very pleasantly surprised. We were greeted by the owner, who is a very friendly English-woman, and she gave us a room on the top floor with a balcony and little living area, which was an upgrade! The room was clean and comfortable, the only thing that worried me a... More
