A few days in North Norfolk with my husband at the end of the summer. Pond House was a lovely place to stay. the owners were very welcoming and the decoration and furnishings were of a high standard, in fact a stay at Pond House was very comfortable indeed. Bedrooms had many little extras to ensure the guests every need...

Could not fault this B&B in any way whatsoever. Right from the welcoming tea and scones through to the departure, Sandra was an excellent hostess. First-class breakfasts and bottle of still water (as well as tea, coffee and biscuits) in the room every day a nice touch! Came up for a two-night stay to celebrate a 60th birthday and to...

Just a single-night stay at Pond House, but I would heartily recommend it. This is a quiet, restful, pastoral location - with a lovely garden, horses and dogs if you want to say hello, and a warm welcome from the owners. Attention to detail is really appreciated - the scones, the tea, the breakfast. I really enjoyed it. You'll likely...

Pond House enjoys a pleasant rural location and Sandra is a super host. We stayed for a single night, using the twin and single rooms. These were well appointed and the Breakfast was a delight. A visit to Blickling Hall and the Bure Valley Railway on the following day rounded off a grand stay. We really hope to re-visit Pond...

I stayed at Pond House for one night in the course of a motoring holiday around East Anglia. I received an incredibly warm and friendly welcome, with a pot of tea and hot buttered scone provided on arrival. My bedroom was faultless: spacious, comfortable, clean and well-equipped. The full English breakfast the following morning was marvellous, with the inclusion of...

We were also just here for one night following a wedding but would highly recommend Pond House. The owners were very friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble and they even run a taxi service which was very useful. We arrived early so we could get changed before heading off to the wedding in Cromer but, even though the...

Wonderful countryside getaway with such friendly hosts and brood of animals: chickens mooching in the garden; horses looking over the fence; friendly trio of lovely dogs; cats flashed past in the long grass. We loved this place! Comfortable, welcoming and utterly relaxing. We were treated to tea and cakes in the garden when we arrived which was much appreciated after...

“Try to get the en-suite room if it is available. The other room is lovely but just a bit of an inconvenience if you need to go to the loo during the night.”
