First stop on my way from Perth to Newcastle in NSW. Perfect place to pull up on day 1. Rooms are really good, staff are great for a yarn and the food is unbelievable!! If you're crossing our great country, certainly stay overnight here! Book as early as you can though, they're really popular!!

Up until Cocklebiddy we've had interesting and perfectly adequate accommodation across the Nullarbor. This is a remote and harsh environment and people who work these road houses are to be commended. However it doesn't matter where you are if you are providing a service and you are charging inflated prices there are certain standards that should be maintained. At Cocklebiddy...

We stayed at the Cocklebiddy Motel for a night on our way across the Nullarbor. The staff were very friendly, the food was good and the beer and wine was most welcome. Our room was very clean and tidy and the bed comfortable so just everything you want.

Cocklebiddy is a small roadhouse community located on the Eyre Highway in Western Australia. It is the third stop after Norseman on the long journey east across the Nullarbor Plain. The area is noted for its underground caves and lakes.a small roadhouse community located on the Eyre Highway in Western Australia. It is the third stop after Norseman on the...

Popular stopover for those crossing the Nullabor. Basic motel rooms but very clean. Tea and coffee provided in the rooms. Staff are friendly and meals in the restaurant are good old fashioned tucker but huge! The flies aren't good if you want to sit outside. Take the aeroguard and don't buy it there. My partner paid $13 for a can!!

Driving 5000km from Perth to Cairns with my dog, this was one night I really did not want to pitch my tent. While warm, it was howling a gale and rains beating down. So being able to stay in a room with 4 walls with my dog is just priceless!!! People are friendly, bed was very comfy even though rooms...

Old rooms with tatty carpet, but comfortable bed and good pillows. TV did not work so management happily replaced it with a new bigger model. Excellent picture, and great service. Bed side light with desk. Furniture dated, but everything clean, and I believe rooms being renovated shortly. No hair dryer but bath mat & towels clean, and bathroom had lovely hot...

We've stayed before and a great experience! Friendly staff, very clean amenities and even a laundry! Best to arrive early and get a good spot. Usually fills up each night! Good bistro! Given a token for a shower and plenty of time allowed. Wedgetail Eagle fascinating! Staff very friendly and always helpful!

Overnight stay with 10 month old after a pretty dusty drive from Ceduna. Reception friendly and a bit cheeky😁. Room neat and mostly spotless. Shower very good. Walls seem a bit thin (or maybe the next door guests had TV up really loud). Restaurant served generous, tasty hearty food. Budgies and wedge tails on display with a serviceable playground for...

Staff in reception, restaurant are all friendly and helpful. Huge, tasty meals, standard Nullarbor prices which accounts for the cost of transporting everything in. The room was comfortable and clean, tea and coffee making facilities with bikkies too! They have budgies and 2 rescued wedge tail eagles which my son loved. Bit more for him to see and run around...
