Apart from being a museum/restaurant that provides wide range of wines, this place offers B&B (bedandbreakfast.eu). Non B&B guests who would like to have a breakfast there should be aware that it is 10eur per person. Other places normally charge 5eur.

Good location close to old town. Only saw one man that was in charge of hotel, and he was at the restaurant below. He was helpful & friendly. He even let us leave our bags after we checked out and we picked them up later. The apartment was located on marble stairway on the third floor. One needed to be... More

Good value for price, superclean, good size rooms. Nice breakfast. Placed just between train station and new part of town, and the old lively area. Owners need to improve communications as our arrival was less than perfect... but partly our fault so I rest my case. All in all a typical German gasthaus experience!

Good location just opposite the bus station and few minutes walk to the train station one way or to the bars and restaurants in the other direction . The down side of the location is if you have a room at the front and it is a warm night you have the windows open , you get to hear all... More

Went with my husband and daughter in the spring of 2012 for one night as we traveled through Germany and found it to be comfortable, but only ok. There is no reception, so when we arrived, no one answered the doorbell or our knocks. We were finally able to get someone on the phone, and they came on foot from... More

I spent four nights here in July and had a lovely time. It is run by a husband and wife and the place is spotless. The breakfast is very nice. But the best buy is the wine tasting that they offer out front. You can get great glasses of a variety of Cochem wines for three euros a glass, by... More
