The hotel rate is much higher than surrounding hotels but i feel i got much less than what i paid for. The bathroom was smelly and the flush tank was leaking all the night and water sound was so noisy. It was late when i arrived and i already put my luggage in the room, i didn't have time to call for maintenance to repair the toilet as i wanted to sleep. During the check out i found that they charged me for breakfast but i never entered the restaurant or ordered a breakfast in room. I checked the invoice when i was leaving to the airport so i had to return back to the front desk to get a refund for the breakfast that i never ordered. If i didn't look and read my invoice details as i usually trust hotels i would have lost some money. As a gold member i didn't feel any special treatment and i was not offered a room upgrade. …
Value for money, easy to access, staff are all polite and welcoming. Our one night stay couldn’t have been more perfect all it needed was the candle lit dinner and Champaign. The check in and check out process was seamless and the hotel itself was impeccable. The coolest feature was Jeeves the automated robot! Just a quick call to reception and whether it be food, cutlery or drinks, Jeeves will bring it to your room! The Robot even s the room phone to let you know it’s there 😇
Very convenient stay as we had an early morning flight. Driving right into the reception area was a huge plus! Enjoyed the ambience at the Tower Bar, though the food (while delicious) was limited in choices, and a tad over-priced, even for Switzerand. The room was large, clean and well-decorated. Help from a bellboy would have been appreciated, as would have been a short explanation on getting to our airline gate.
The check-in system was down, we had to wait in a queue for 40 minutes, and we were so tired we could hardly stand up. The staff didn't apologize for the delay or offer even token compensation. The room cooling system didn't work and it was much too hot for comfort. Not what we expected from a Radisson, especially for nearly 300 Euros.
Poor and over priced hotel in desperate need of refurbishment. Better options nearby. We should have read the reviews but had to book urgently owing to family bereavement. More fool us. In fairness the bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfast very good (the egg man prepared excellent omelettes at speed. However the rooms are tired, the lobby has a bizarre air freshener so that it’s smell is akin to a chemical toilet. My room and one other brother’s had extremely loud air con. I sleep through anything but my brother needed to change room which in fairness was facilitated quickly. My other brother decided to upgrade to an ‘airside view’. Despite our having booked three rooms at the full rack rate and knowing our circumstances the duty manager insisted on full payment of the 80 chf upgrade fee. The ‘airside view’ was in fact of the road in front of the terminal, the terminal itself and the airside in the distance. Given the circumstances my brother couldn’t be bothered to change back to a normal Room and get a refund. All in all but for the excellent beds (I guess in fairness the most important factor) and the breakfast a pretty grim experience. I know Switzerland is expensive but the rack rate of 295 chf was extortionate and the insistence on the full upgrade fee seemed out of order. That said for 200 or less I guess a decent option as it is very convenient for getting to the gate (my poor brother who paid the upgrade hadn’t checked in online so had to walk some distance to check in but if done online then only a very short walk to the airport security queue.…
We had to be at 05.00 AM at the Airport to catch our flight. So it's great to have an accommodation from where you can go by foot to the check in early in the morning. The rooms are fine for one night and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom is well equipped, we just missed a second wash cloth (just one for 2 people).

This room desin is bizarre. I have gone to many countries all over the world but never experienced utility design like this. This room is horrible . Bathroom is a gas chamber and right next to the bed if you close it and take a hot bath you will sure faint from lack of oxyzen and you keep open a little you will flood the room wash basin on the hall itself. If one of the róm mate wants to use the wash basic can't do without disturbing the other since it is right next to your bed . Not sure all rooms are designed like this. This is poorest design. I was heading a construction company for 14 yrs . If my team even brought a design to me , I would have sacked them all . If there is differently designed ,where bathroom however small it is , if in a separate enclosure i want to shift . This is most uncomfortable so far in the trip. ( We are on Europe trip ) . I advise all /tourist group if your tour operater is suggesting this hotel pl ask them to change .…
Awful. Uncomfortable. Itchy. Just utterly disgusted. Should have slept on the floor of the airport. Have stayed in Radisson Blu properties previously in other locations and have had pleasant stays. This is the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I’m tempted to leave and take my chances in the airport on a bench. Don’t waste your money here. Anything is better. Im trying to sleep fully dressed hoping that makes these sheets less itchy. I wish zero stars was an option. I just pray I don’t get bed begs.
Complete chaos at check in that ruined my business meeting at the airport. Problems at check in, problems with room not cleaned from previous guest, tv and phone not working. I changed rooms at 10 pm after having tried to chech in at 3 pm. Never again.
