Just got back from a short 2 night stay at this lovely hotel. From arriving at the car park in Saas Fee the hotel went above and beyond regular hotels I'm used to. Pull up at the central parking house and empty car, call hotel on phone in the drop off area (numbers are all listed), move car to parking...

From the moment we arrived the hotel had the feel of a warm and relaxing location. The staff were friendly, accommodating and had a great sense of humour. Nothing too much trouble. Regularly checking that all was well with the service and whether there was anything additional that they could do to oblige. Excellent facilities and great location for the...

Unfortunately our flight to Switzerland was delayed, which resulted in a very late arrival at Saas Fee. We were dropped off at the bus station, which threw us initially, as we didn't know where our hotel was, it was very quickly sorted by our Inghams rep who reminded us that the town only uses electric vehicles ( a bit like...

Almost on the slopes at the far end of the village. Friendly and warm staff team. Excellent and healthy food. Confortable and state of the art SPA facility. We were there just before the Christmas ski time, then pretty quiet. A must in the area!!!!!

Saas Fee is a great location for skiing. The Saaserhof hotel is located right next to the slopes, we can start skiing right from the doorstep. The hotel has a wonderful spa, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, which offer relaxing moment after a day on the slopes. If you choose half board, which we recommend, the hotel offers a 5-course meal,...

This family run hotel would be hard to beat in Saas Fee for a number of reasons. Located almost on the piste - so very convenient - out of the ski room & a few yards to the first T-bar to reach the Fleskinn Cable Car. Easy to ski back to the door in the afternoon. Lovely modern rooms &...

Staying here for 7 nights since Boxing Day 2015 over new year. The hotel is very good. Food is excellent, service is attentive, location is probably the best you can get at this quality in Saas Fee (close to the piste). All in all, a great place for a couple or family ski holiday. Rooms are good sized, clean and...

This was our third year ski-ing in Saas Fee and the best hotel we've stayed at! A lovely alpine style hotel, beautifully decorated. Very well located, close to all the main lifts and the centre of town. You can ski right up to and from hotel. The food was great, with 5 courses and 2 or more choices for each...
