I think many people will look at location, service, room condition, and price as important factors when choosing an accommodation. 1. Location: 5 to 7 minutes away from Han Market by Grab, in front of the Han River It is a 10-minute walk from Son Tra Night Market. The most important thing is that it is conveniently located between the city center and My Khe Beach. 2. Service As befits a 5-star hotel, there are also Korean staff on duty, and staff member Kim Na-eun was very helpful whenever I needed it. Staff member Kim Na-eun had a lot of pride in the hotel and kindly answered even the most annoying questions. 3. I'm not that picky about room condition. The conclusion is that the hair has not been found yet and has been there for 10 days. 4. Price: In Korea, a 5-star hotel costs around 200,000 to 300,000 won, while Melia maintains an acute price of 100,000 won. Overall, Melia Hotel gave me good overall satisfaction with its location and service. It is good to know that there are two swimming pools, indoors and outdoors, so they can be used even on rainy days.

Stayed for three nights in June 23. The room had an exceptional view over the Han River. On our first night there was a fireworks display, and we had a ringside view, brilliant. The hotel is right on the Riverside. With easy walking distance to cafes, markets, and Dragon bridge. The walk to the other side of the bridge is an easy walk, about fifteen minutes. But the best part about this hotel are the friendly staff, at reception, breakfast and a special mention to Thoa, the nurse, who took care of me when I had an allergic reaction to Insect repellent. Friendly, caring and professional. The stay was so nice, that we booked another three night stay on our return from Hue.

This may have been the best overall hotel we have booked in Vietnam and the Vinpearl chain may be our go-to hotel chain on all future visits. We booked a junior suite for 3 days. the prices was surprisingly low and the room was fantastic. Spacious and included a dining table which was a great asset since we ate in the room more than we expected. We arrived later than expected so all that was readily available was room service but, the food quality surprised us. It was very good and again, prices very reasonable. The next day was a exploration day so we walked around the local area local for a store to buy drinks and an ATM and found a Vincom Center mall directly behind hotel. The top floor has a food court which we used a couple of times during the day. The hotel staff arranged transportation to and from Hoi An, Bana mountain and pretty much any where you want to go. Though with Grab, you can handle most of your transportation needs yourself. There is a cost for the daily breakfast buffet but again, very reasonable. The pool looked very inviting but, we did not have the time to use it. We did eat in the hotel restaurant the last night we were there and the food was great and again, prices very reasonable. I was expecting to pay more for the food at a nice hotel like the Vinpearl but, the food at the hotel was very reasonable, infact; we ate our evening meals in the hotel whether by ordering room service or, eating in the hotel restaurant. There is a spa but, we did not have to time in our schedule to try the spa. We are going to try other Vinpearl hotels in other cities in Vietnam on future visits. We did go to a Vinpearl World in Phu Quoc and were very impressed.

This hotel is a wonderful hotel . Location is great and everywhere is spotlessly clean The views from some rooms are staggering I really liked this hotel and I travel a lot so I am not that easily impressed Service is impeccable at all levels Sarah and Tiffany from the front house staff would be at home at a Ritz Carlton or Four seasons hotel Absolutely first class service from them The rooms are lovely and a great size always clean and nothing too much for housekeeping All in all I can thoroughly recommend this hotel in Da Nang There was only one negative for me and that was the sauna / steam area In a nice hotel I like to go and relax once or twice a day or after the gym in the sauna area Regretfully here they charge 450,000 vnd for each visit to the sauna / steam room !! There was a promotion when I was there for a 1 hour massage for 590,000 vnd with use of sauna I tried this and massage was good Problem is though even if you pay to use the sauna or steam there is just no where to relax afterwards Just two uncomfortable upright chairs Since I like my sauna / steam when on vacation this was a big disappointment for me I would love to return to this pretty amazing hotel but probably won’t because of the poor sauna arrangements If this would not bother you then this is a great hotel

The score is 500 out of 100. The rooms were clean and the facilities were good, so it was a pleasant stay. I left my bag on the bus, and the bellman was friendly and responded quickly. The breakfast buffet restaurant was also very neat and tidy, and they studied the tastes of Korean customers diligently and carefully. The taste of this dish was evident in the food. And the intern Park Soo-bin was especially very pretty and kind. While we were eating, she came to ask how we were doing and kindly resolved any difficulties we had with other rooms. Although it is a 5-star hotel, Park Soo-bin is worthy of a 7-star rating. ^^

Just finished our 12 night stay at Melia Vinpearl in a junior room. The hotel from the outside to the lobby, cafe and sitting area is really exquisite and has the presence of a five star hotel with marble throughout. The hotel is located on the beach side of the city along Han River with Vincom mall being 3-4 minutes walk away. We found the staff to be awesome they are extremely friendly, polite and will go out of their way to assist guests, they are the asset that make this hotel a 5 star hotel.Thank you kindly to all. The junior room we stayed in was good sized(60 Sqm)with a beachside view, the king bed was comfortable and had many different sized pillows, the a/c could have been colder though. Breakfast at Rumba was delicious with a large array of choices, the food changes slightly on a daily basis, get there early as it gets really busy. We did not have dinner at any of the restaurants we only had room service for a couple of nights and that was really good and reasonably priced. The indoor/outdoor pools and spas are well kept and are clean, both have good views overlooking the city, there is only limited seating available. For a five star hotel, there are no irons in the rooms, yes they can be requested, one should not have to ask though, the bar fridges in which we had 2 barely kept drinks or water cold.Rooms have kitchens but are empty,(only have coffee making facilities), junior rooms need the partition removed so guests can view the tv from the bed. All in all it is a very nice hotel but the quality of our stay was somewhat reduced due to the number off Koreans that stay there(not being racist) but if you go by other previous reviews, yes they are loud, rude and continuously push in at every chance, this is not the hotels fault but it is not a good experience for other people to enjoy, we also heard other guests mentioning the same thing. Do your own research on it. Thanks.

This was an interesting experience, as I entered the lobby, I was amazed because it was stunning and the interior was overall very clean and nice, which caught my eye. We got the junior suite, which felt spacious nice and also clean, or so I thought as we were about to go to bed I noticed that there are lines inside the sheet because I could see though the blanket a little bit, so we flipped the blanket to discover lots of hair on the bed which was horrifying, and meaning they didn’t make the bed just before we came, and it was disappointing for a 5 star hotel. We called the front desk and the staff was very nice to change the sheets, blanket, and pillow cases. We also got another room which was the deluxe room and it was dirty. So the next day, we asked if they can wipe the bathroom and change the sheets (because the bathroom was the most dirty) and they said ok but when we got back, they didn’t mop the floor and only change the bathroom. The toilet also broke during our stay which was disappointing. The breakfast was very average. All of the staff was super nice, but I would not recommend to stay here if I were in the city, but if you want to stay for the experience, go for it

This modern, remodeled hotel boasts a striking design with a tall structure and an impressive high-ceiling lobby. On the left side of the lobby, you’ll find an excellent café-bar that’s perfect for a casual drink or coffee. The service across the hotel is consistently attentive, kind, and professional, ensuring a pleasant experience in every area.
The rooms offer lovely views of the river and are reasonably spacious, although they appear to have received a bit less attention during the renovations. Still, they provide good comfort and represent excellent value for the price.
One thing to keep in mind is that this large hotel attracts a diverse array of guests from across Asia and beyond, creating a vibrant and exciting atmosphere. However, this can make breakfast a bit hectic at times.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, appreciating the convenient location, excellent value, and welcoming environment.

A large, conspicuous hotel located along the Han River in Da Nang, on the east side of the Han River Bridge. You'll feel at ease as you enter the spacious, air-conditioned, white-tiled, marble lobby.
The room I stayed in was a corner suite on the 32nd floor overlooking the famous Dragon Bridge. The space, circulation, and ease of use were good, the bathroom was spacious and clean, and there was a mini kitchen, which was nice. From the large floor-to-ceiling windows, you can look down on the Han River, and the Dragon Bridge is also beautiful with neon lights at night. Unfortunately, when the dragon fire-breathed on the weekend, I couldn't see its face because it was hidden behind another building. (I don't think it can be seen from other rooms)
The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of choices, starting with the standard Vietnamese dish Pho, and you will be very satisfied. The atmosphere is nice, with a high ceiling and panoramic view, giving a sense of openness.
The only complaint I have is that the elevator is slow. During the busy check-out and breakfast hours, the elevator stops at each floor, and it takes several minutes to get down the elevator.

The staff was super accommodating and warm. Traveling with a few elders had given us a few hiccups along the way but staff was super understanding and helpful which was greatly appreciated. A key mishap happened but they made sure to verify our identities with our passports before letting us back into our room which made us feel safe with their security measures. We also appreciated that they held our bags before check in to allow us to grab lunch in the city. A daily breakfast buffet was included with our stay and everybody on staff was attentive and kind. There was a variety of food from different cuisines, a rotating selection of noodle soups which were must try, and delicious fresh fruit a as well yummy coffee. We had river view rooms on a high floor, but we were still able to feel the liveliness of the city especially after Vietnam’s triumph over Thailand in the ASEAN Finals. The building is one of the taller ones in Da Nang so the views were great from our 29th floor room, also allowing us to see a couple of bridges along the Han River including the famous Dragon Bridge. There’s a modern rooftop bar and restaurant on the 37th floor that was quite nice as well.
