Very good b&b. We really recommend this place. The location is fantastic (beautiful views) and the service (friendly and helpful) is giving us a very good vacation. Good starting point for hiking. Nocelle is quiet and there is a good restaurant. Please be aware that Villa Sofia is not suitable if you are not able to walk on stairs.

We were welcomed to villa sofia by Luciana, who gave us a fantastic insight into what Nocelle and the amalfi coast has to offer. Villa sophia is nestled away in the mountains with breathtaking views of the sea and coastline. Nocelle is a quiet village and is a perfect getaway from the busier towns and beaches below. We enjoyed walking...

The location of this place is perfect if you love to get away from the hustle of Positano and the patio views are exceptional. The buses are really reliable and the restaurant underneath, plus mini market, all really convenient. It was a little annoying you could use the kitchen for lunch or dinner given I was there 7 days and...

We had no trouble taking a local bus from Positano to Nocelle and indeed used this local bus with its charming residents for the duration of our stay in wonderful Nocelle. Everything you read about the magnificent location and the pictures you see are true!! Our senses were delighted every moment of our stay. The accomodation was clean and comfortable...

What an amazing place. Your next to Nocelle, where the road ends, as high up as you can get. Your view will be postcard material. Our 1 bedroom suite had a full kitchen and balcony. It will be quiet. The local bus is an E ticket ride. Luciana is a great host. Your luggage will descend a mini ski lift...

The place is beautiful and Lucianna went out of her way to accommodate us as we found ourselves short a room for the night before our booking. We were welcomed with Limocella and some fruit. On the downside there were whiffs of something unpleasant from time to time, the alleged Wifi, almost never worked. The bed was pretty uncomfortable but...

The owners are very friendly. Had a great stay. Breakfast included, had a great view from our apartment. Only negative point was the distance to the centre of positano. Had to walk a long way to the bus.

This is the perfect place to go in Positano! It has the most beautiful views. The family is so so nice and very accommodating. There are delicious local restaurants nearby and amazing hiking paths. We had the greatest experience. Thank you Sofia!

We stayed three nights at Villa Sofia last month. Unfortunately we hit a patch of bad weather but the experience of this fabulous spot can't be understated. Luciana and all so welcoming and friendly. The view is amazing. It takes some work to get to this spot but it is a fun adventure. It's very quiet if that's what you...
