nice location. Good bar/restaurant. Front desk service was friendly but had some minor issues (training didn't seem good). Some request had to be repeated. Very clean. Very comfortable room. Ski valet was nice. Bellman very helpful and friendly. .

Comfortable and accommodating. Wonderful staff presence in the the front--arrival staff (guy with a silver-grey goatee), desk, concierge (Cindy), and Ski Valet kids--all winners. Just the right amount of service--available without being intrusive.

We visited for a 10 day family stay in January. The rooms are fantastic - we stayed in the residences and they are very big and comfortable! Ski valet is good although I did find some of the guys in there had a bit of an attitude. Food in the hotel is ok. Best for the room size and great...

My husband and I took my 10 year old daughter on her first ski trip. The hotel was excellent location and amenities. Rooms were very well appointed and very comfortable. Perfect location for ski in ski out, ice skating, Starbucks, and restaurants. Close to the Gondola as well as the beginner slopes which was perfect for us. Everyone was pleasant...

Ski school and village gondola was very close to the hotel. Afternoon hot chocolate, chips and granola bars were a nice perk. My suggestion instead of chips are to have fresh baked chocolate chip cookies that we have received at most ski resorts.

We stayed at the hotel during the busiest season, so I take it - we probably did not end up with the best room. We stayed at Madeline for all the reasons already mentioned: cannot beat the location, very nice infrastructure - library, m-club with food and games, kids' hangout zone, pool + hot tubs, spa, salon - you want...

The hotel is located in Mountain Village literally 200 steps from Lift 4. It has high quality accommodations with the best beds in Telluride. The staff is quite helpful. There is decent wifi and underground parking. All of this comes with a price but if you're willing to pay for it all, you won't be disappointed. Where I was disappointed...

This was our 4th time at the Madeline, and was wonderful as always. Rooms are always immaculate and spacious, great skiing access via ski valet, great staff. The M club feels like they are still working the kinks out, bar service was extremely slow and staff needs training.
