This Hotel is very clean and situated in a lovely little village we stayed there whilst attending a wedding in Headlam Hall. We found it to be more like Bed & Breakfast than a Hotel but nevertheless it was adequate for our needs. We found the Breakfast times were a little rigid especially after a late night at the Wedding... More

We try and offer as much flexibility as possible and made arrangements for you to have early access, as requested, to your rooms but... More

No issue booking direct with the The Four Alls. We travelled over 300 miles to reach the accommodation and arrived at varied times during the evening and early morning.... More

We'd booked in at The Four Alls for B'n B in order to attend a local event. When we arrived to check in at 2.00pm we were told that the bar was closed. After a 5 hour drive and an inviting beer garden on a beautiful late summers afternoon this came as something of a disappointment! However the room was... More

Thank you for your observations and comments - your welcoming committee was my mother who has confused some of our new ways of working. We own and run the business ourselves with no employees and our check in time is normally set at 4pm to allow us to do other things we need to do - we had prepared your... More

Had twin room overlooking road (very quiet) and green. Everything in order. Helpful owners. Good big breakfast included. Had local beer too on hand-very pleasant indeed. Used this as a stop over on trip back North.

Six of us went for an evening meal. Traditional Country Pub but with the advantage of not having too many tables lumped close together to seat maximum people. I have heard the interior described as 'outdated', I would describe it as 'traditional' and clean with a pleasing atmosphere.. Food is Home Cooked and it is a family affair, no paid... More

We visited the Four Alls on a group cycling weekend, staying for the saturday night. The owners were very accommodating, even offering to dry out all our wet cycling gear. Food was homecooked and just what was needed after a day on the road. Rooms were clean with comfortable beds.
