Highly recommended the hotel and it is just amazing. We went there in Sep and the weather was perfect for sightseeing. Location is good and only 5 mins drive from the Main Street. Hotel room got heather and everything were great. Recommended for those who are traveling with family and definitely stay in there.

Nice little cabin! Cabin was clean and staff was very hospitable! Short walk to big bear village and only a hop skip and jump to the lake! Would definitely stay again during any season! Just a few miles from snow summit!

I told them that I need quite room because of kids but first they gave me room which was not cleaned from previous guest, then, they change the room but gave the on right on the noisy street. I asked late check out for at least 1 hour but was rejected, although, booking.com was guaranteed late check out. Completely overpriced...

It was very pleasant. We were able to take our dogs which was great. The cabin we got had a small porch which was ideal for the dogs to hang out without having to be tied down. The service was good, the front desk attendants were a bit apathetic and not as friendly but their service was still good.

Pleasantly surprised the "motel" rooms felt like a private cabin. Our room was large enough to accommodate my family of 5, once we requested to add a cot- and we still had ample room. Service was fast, friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay again. Hopefully a cabin will be available, but I won't be terribly disappointed if I get...

I stayed for two nights with my husband and our dog, Brody. Our cabin was lovely. At first we were nervous because we thought we had gotten a full-sized Murphy bed instead of the king bed we had reserved. Apparently, we hadn't gone into the bedroom. Bedroom? The bedroom was cozy and neatly appointed. The bed was indeed a king,...

I planned my trip for 30th-1st which was so exciting because not only dod we celebrate New Years, but also our 4year anniversary! Had a wonderful time! It snowed, so the village was blanketed, felt like we wandered into a snow globe! We would LOVE to go back.

I was not expecting much for a hotel room in Big Bear, but this homey room was more than I could have imagined. You get the great cabin feel in the wood-clad rooms and outstanding service from the front desk. I would definitely come back!

Stayed in a cute cottage with queen bed. Private and cute. However, the heater was really loud. When it started up, it made a gunshot sound that shook me out of sleep the entire night. I ended up turning it off and added extra blankets. The room was at 58 degrees by the morning. The other issue is that I...

What you see in the pictures is what you get. What you don't see in the pictures are the carpets that are very old, carpet towels and sheets are are also old with holes in them. What I will say is that if you ha e slippers or flip flops on, the room is comfortable with very comfortable beds. The...
