Stayed here for an 8 day period. For 5 of those days there was no reception or housekeeping staff on premise. Also no chef at all during our stay so no breakfast was available.( we still paid full price for this advertised service). We had an awful smell in our room and had to be moved. Our new room however...

Stayed for two nights whilst visiting Melbourne for a wedding. Location was conveniently near a freeway and the rooms clean but that's where the plusses stopped. The room furnishings were very dated, we had four bedside wall lamps none of which worked since three had broken fittings and one a broken bulb. The wifi was complimentary but very intermittent, breakfast...

We had an amazing staying in Elizabeth Lodge even if there was a problem with the booking. The staff did everything to apologise and we really enjoyed it! Thank you! Room was spacious, clean and comfy!

Handy to Doncaster Shopping and Freeway. Stayed two nights and had bad noise experience on Sunday night with drunks yelling and screaming after wedding on premises. This was at 2am and went on for 2 hours. Next night was quiet.

Beautiful setting amongst very tranquil gardens. Easy to find location just off the freeway. Good clean rooms. Great tv and comfortable bed. Other than the on site restaurant there is a McDonald's, Red Rooster & pizza shop just up the road.

Stayed here as it was pretty decent value for money for the area. Room was pretty good size and had a modern heater/aircon which meant it worked efficiently and not to noisy during the night. While you are near the freeway it was quiet and did not notice it at all. We order breakfast from the menu and while it...

This review is for March 2015. Just arrived back from Melbourne. Checked our bartercard statement and the motel we stayed a t for two nights charged our bartercard $470.00. Next time I will book through an agent as online it is from $110.00 weeknight to $130.00 weekend. This motel quoted me $230.00 over the phone for two nights. If they...

Hi, I am writing to thank the manager Andrew and staff particularly Dearna for the second to none service and hospitality at our daughters wedding. From our first meeting Andrew was more than helpful and willing to accommodate our needs and budget for our daughters big day. He gave us confidence and security that the big day was completely under...

Three different rooms, all clean with good linens. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. They served a homemade breakfast in the room, if ordered the day before. In two of the rooms the furniture was badly worn and fancy old table radios didn't work. Convenient parking right outside the rooms (like a motel).

Attended my cousins wedding on the weekend and was so impressed with this venue. The gardens are stunning, the staff are so friendly and helpful and the food was amazing. We stayed the night and the rooms were clean and spacious. Would stay here again.

“Talk to the Management for quiet room downstairs. also check out the furniture for e.g. lounge suite as we found it was very old and worn but lots of room to spread. I would rather see that this property has had some money spent on the furnishings before I return, although staff excellent and aware of the Management/Owner's lack of attention to suites.”
