All the hotels in Naypyidaw are located within the same area, which is quite a way outside of the city and away from the attractions. The hotel staff were extremely helpful in arranging transport for us every day to enable us to get out and about and see all of the sights we wanted to see. I really enjoyed the outdoor pool, which I didn’t see anybody else use throughout the whole of my stay! The breakfast staff especially were extremely attentive and keen to cater to our every need. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was pretty grand and extremely large. I really enjoyed my stay and would be happy to return!

Facilities are old and worn, and no hot water in the room. Shower spewed water everywhere and needed fixing. Price is quite low though and staff is nice. Breakfast pretty average. Far from town, like 30 min.

The title sums it up really! We were travelling round Myanmar by motorbike (group of 10), so wanted hotels which were well located, but only staying a night or 2 at each, so nearby facilities didn't matter much. During our trip we stayed here twice (due to our route). The first time, we arrived late (restaurant closed), but staff rustled us up some soup and fried rice (and beer!) with a smile. The rooms were excellent (we had ground floor twins), and the pool area is great for relaxing. During our second stay (2 nights) the staff arranged a poolside BBQ for us and were happy to provide facilities for us to enjoy ourselves with a 'Pirate Party' (don't ask - not my idea!). As the hotel was fairly quiet from other guests, we didn't cause any disturbance. All the staff were friendly, helpful and cheerful. Would definitely stay here in the future. There are enough facilities for solo travellers, families, groups or business guests. Dont let the low price put you off - you won't find a better hotel for any price. (We were there in March, but Trip Advisor keeps defaulting to todays date!).

Not what we expected. Looks good at first glance but the rooms are not well maintained or cleaned and the whole pool area and gym is dilapidated. Rooms were so dirty when we arrived we had to ask them to sweep the floors. There was hair and dust everywhere. Wifi was very slow (we were on the ground floor). Staff was very nice. Breakfast OK.

Stayed here on 8 Oct for 1 night after Inle Lake and on the way back to Yangon. Now for the hotel - Big rooms and toilet. Well furnished. Buffet breakfast is good. Great price too. Dinner at in house restaurant-slightly expensive. The whole zone 2 area is isolated. The hotels are near empty! No shops or malls nearby. Many hotels nearby have closed down. Zone 1 has malls nearby. This hotel is good for transit and rest. Nothing else...
