Clean room and friendly staff. Only downside is that my room, 101 is near the parking lot which is not a problem if not for the WINDOW THAT LETS PEOPLE OUTSIDE SEE YOU INSIDE YOUR ROOM!!! Staff should inform guests staying in this room to be careful since the window is near the restroom. To my horror i just found...

Check-in was easy and we were thankful that our room was on the first floor. I think we would have some trouble getting it up the flights of stairs if we got the higher floors. It was also nice to be on the first floor since it gives access to the water. I was a bit sad that we didn't...

The hotel is nice, budget friendly with wifi and hot shower. Staff is not that accommodating. I had a lot of bags that I carried, seems like nobody wants to give a hand. Oh well. Though the free breakfast is really good, buffet style.

Let's start with the room reservations. The hotel staff were very responsive. You send them a text message and they reply immediately. If they missed your call, they make a return call. We didn't had a problem when we had to move the dates of the reservation and they had responded promptly regarding this. I also liked the manner how...

We were so tired and hungry so we decided to have our dinner in their resto but the staff informed me that we have to wait for 2hours for our food. I understand that it's a peak season but they should have anticipated the number of their guests. Besides, most of us if not all, had an advance booking. So...

This was the first hotel we ever checked into in Baler. Reason being, it was the only one who would provide us with a room before 7 AM which is the only good ting we can say about the place. The room was terrible. the price wasn't super expensive but the value definitely wasn't worth it and after a short...

I stopped here for a quick bite along a walk down Sabang Beach, it's easily accessible and stands out as a well established venue. Very tasty food, wide variety of options, fast wifi (one of the very very few places with wifi in town). Not too expensive, open air seating out of the sun. Good service and nice clean bathrooms....

We had the chance to try this Hotel when our client booked us for overnight stay. I like the rooms, very clean and decent. There's a clear TV reception. CR is very clean as well. I like the food and the view of Sabang beach is ok for my taste. I might consider this on our next visit to Baler.

Our client booked us for overnight stay when we did their prenuptial shoot in Baler. Rooms are clean, polite staff, and decent service overall. The CR is clean. Although on the CR we had, you can hear their cooks or staff talking to each other because I assume it;s the kitchen on the other side of the wall (we are...

Customer service is excellent. Every personnel is accommodating. They have a beautiful view beside the sea shore. Their dessert is very yummy everyone should try it! They also have their own home made ice cream which is mouth-watering! :) I would certainly come back.
