My room was upgraded because of wifi problems, but both rooms were quite nice. The design of the place is odd, and you get noise, whether facing interior or street. Not located near much. It's mostly a low industrial area. No dining nearby, except at hotel restaurant/room service, which were adequate but not great. Staff was helpful but didn't answer...

Stayed here on a Friday night. Bar noises kept us awake till 0230. Appeared hookers were meeting clients in lobby. Staff was nice and helpful and breakfast was good. Noise almost got them to poor. Reasonably close to airport. Prompt on pickup and delivery.

Amara Hotel is a wonderful time. The reception desk was always helpful. They asked when we were living for the day and had breakfast ready for us. Also, let us cook our meals. The grocery was across the street. The rooms are clean and the atmosphere was nice being there. They even stored our luggage while we were traveling in...

The folks at the hotel arranged a ride for us from the airport, very early in the morning. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and Diana spoke enough English to help us along. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and was only 15 or 20 minutes from the airport. They also arranged a trustworthy taxi driver for us...

Good bed, but the bahtrooms were cold and the hotel is NOT near the airport. Also at night there's no place around to hang out, it's considered a dangerous neighborhood and advised to go out only by cars/vans.

We were put up here by the airlines, whose delayed flight caused us to miss our connecting flight in Lima. It was very noisy – both from street noise (its on a very busy main avenue), from all kinds of unidentified loud noises in the walls, ceilings, and hallways, and from low-flying planes, due to its proximity to the airport....

We only stayed here for one night on our way to Cusco. The hotel arranged for us to be picked up at the airport, and they also drove us back the day after, which was very nice. Our room was nice and simple, with nice, clean beds and a nice and clean bathroom. We left too early for breakfast, so...

“I like the rooms at the front they r bigger ... but is located in a principal avenue .. so if you want to sleep until late .. and dont hear the cars at 7 am... you better pick a room at the back.. there r also fantastic rooms with nice jacuzzi ... the WIFI is excellent on the 6th floor .. i never had a problem with connection of internet”
