I booked 4 rooms for a family party which was hosted at our home last Saturday. Glowing reviews from our family, could not fault this fabulous hotel and will definitely use again this time next year for our yearly get together. My husband and l joined them for breakfast and they had put us in a separate annex/orangerie all together where we could make as much noise as we wanted and were looked after by two lovely members of staff, who couldn’t do enough for us. Highly recommend this boutique hotel walking distance into Stratford upon Avon. Thank you for helping towards our long overdue reunion with our family.

We were greeted by Minty and her staff and this friendly welcome set the scene for our one night stay. The room was spacious, spotless and quiet, with a powerful shower, toiletries and lovely fluffy towels!!!! We had dinner at the hotel which was excellent! A great hotel within walking distance of Anne Hathaways Cottage.

Beautiful hotel and very nice staff. We only stayed one night as it was a "pit stop" while we travelled from the north of the country to the Southwest Coast. My family and I wished we had more nights there as the hotel was so beautiful and comfortable, and all the staff made us so welcome. I have not met nicer people in a "smaller" hotel. We stayed at the family suite and it was huge. Large enough for our family of 4. I higher recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Stratford-upon-Avon.

We stayed 4 nights at this fabulous hotel. On arrival we were upgraded to a wonderful and spacious room with a comfortable king size bed, large walk-in shower and Loccitaine toiletries. We felt very relaxed the whole time of our stay. Minty and her team were always very attentive yet unobtrusive, with 5* food and first class service. Can't wait to return, a real gem. My family had a fabulous stay at the Brookside Cottage of Burnside Hotel. Living in this charming cottage , with three en-suite bedrooms it felt like home away from home. Enjoyed the amenities at the hotel, the bar, tea time, breakfast and the scrumptious Sunday roast. The staff was gracious, helpful and inviting.

Myself and partner had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful establishment, a 20 minute stroll from Stratford. After the loss of my dear Mum a few months ago, we wanted a touch of luxury and escapism. Stayed one night as we were visiting nearby relatives. Pleasant welcome reception very clean and the room was lovely and very modern with all the facilities fresh and modern. Came back around 10pm and was pleased to see the bar still open for a night cap. It was a hot night so having air conditioning in the bedroom was a great plus. Definitely recommend a stay when visiting Stratford and surrounding areas.

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at Burnside Hotel and like every time I am not disappointed at all. The rooms are fresh with lovely decor and color combinations. The bathrooms are of Burlington London with loccitaine toiletries. The common areas are spotlessly clean which is comforting in todays times. The bar is well stocked with branded and local beers and Ciders. We had one meal at the restaurant which was well cooked and was delicious. The service of the staff is attentive and spot on. Will return. Highly recommended.

We stayed as a couple for 2 days. The Hotel is immaculately clean with Loccitaine toiletries, fluffy towels and the most comfortable beds I have ever slept. Full marks to the staff who are smiling and nothing is too much of a trouble. The food was freshly cooked and the glazed salmon as mains with Eton Mess as dessert was sumptuous. Nothing was left in our plates! The rooms are tastefully done with quality furniture and furnishings. I would highly recommend Burnside Hotel for a different hospitality experience .
