Staff (Malay girl with tudung) at receiptionist counter have bad attitude which is not friendly and arrogant.. She's attend us with no smile and seems like dont want to attend any guest ..she's not even smile or greet welcome to us upon check in process ... For us, she's not even suitable to work as receiptionist at front desk with that kind of attitude...

I enjoyed staying here. Friendly staff, I felt safe. Next to the highway but I didn't hear car racing. No outside noises. Fast wifi, finally time to Skype. Air-con in my room. Slept like a baby. On the picture speedtest of the Internet. Surrounded by restaurants and shops and other hotels.

This is an old hotel building. The room is not clean. We found a stain on the bed sheet. Also the bath room. Please pay attention to the safety in the parking area around the hotel, especially in the night time.

I stayed here last year due to my regular hotel fully booked. From outside look of the building, it a kind of standard budget hotel. once you enter the main door, you will experienced a kind of old time front desk totally like in pawn shop/goldsmith retail counter. Room-4 (small but sufficient for the price) Furnishing-3(New big TV and strong aircond) Toilet-3(Very small and home look, strong water) Cafe/Retail-None (Best local food stall, try Pak Uda rice, roti n noodles) Wifi-4(Very Good) Location-5(immediately at Seri Puteri transit point and drop point) Begin 1 April 2015, the bus cannot stop and fetch passenger from here.but some driver need to stop at Petron station to refill petrol, so possible for you to sneak out and walk less 100m to the surround hotel
