Large hotel with lots of rooms. Clean. Strongest wifi is in the lobby. Laundry service is good. Breakfast is included and has a Filipino or American option. The pool is a refreshing option. The ocean is a 10 minute walk. It's easy to get a tricycle for local transport because the location of the hotel is on a main thoroughfare.

Loved my standard room with a window, and my bathroom had a window too with a very relaxing view! Loved the sunlight streaming into the cool blue colored-room... Room was quite clean and had a good "clean smell" (I have allergies to dust so I know - I didn't sneeze!) very friendly and helpful staff, and very reasonable price. Excellent...

Really had a great stay while visiting Borongan in Eastern Samar. Staying at hotel Dona Vicenta really made the experience! I was part of a difficult medical mission and having the beautiful clean hotel to come home to each night was a blessing. Staff was kind and honest, very courteous and quick. The in house laundry service was cheap and...

The hotel is very accessible as it is situated on the highway close to the city center. The only mall in town is right beside it. There are shops and eating places within easy walking distance. The rooms are basic and clean but need a bit of refurbishing. The staff are nice and helpful.

Nice hotel. Make sure to bring cash as they do not take credit cards. The Presidential Suite is very roomy. Can sleep several people. Has a refrigerator and a hot pot for boiling water. Room bathroom was nice and had good A/C. Suggest you let A/C run a long time to get rid of the bad smell in the room....

The key negative point (considering the price) is that my room didn't have a 'real' window - there was a window with blinds but you can't see anything through it - as most probably it's just a wall. But I guess it's better than not having any fake window at all. My colleague's room window was to the hallway. I...

My Fiance told me this was the place to stay in Borongan. It was connected to a mall and near the center of town. I could not find a website that supported this Hotel to make reservations, so I had to look the number up online. Did some searching but I did find it. My Fiances brother who works in...

First of all, its a blessing to find such a decent Hotel, where you can sleep peacefully in a some what neat and clean room. Therefore, there can be no complains on what I don't have in this Hotel. I only wish that, what is already provided by the Hotel is also maintained well, so that, its own Investment is...

Spent just one night and got a large room. King size bed. Functioning bathroom with hot water. Borongan is a small city and i was not expecting a structure like this. Just breakfast was not good. I am vegetarian and... I starved.
