Detailed Reviews
Cozy hotel, clean and above all with an exceptional location just few steps from the private beach Our room was large and overlooking the sea.
All the hotel would need a major renovation while preserving its 1930s architectural features
In particular, the bathroom is very old and with a bathtub instead of a shower cubicle. The air conditioning, on the other hand, worked very well. The balcony of our room was the real added value: huge with an outstanding view of the sea.
Nice private sand beach is few steps from the hotel.
Parking is included, slightly tight for larger vehicles but with the sea in front and many restaurant and places walking distance, probably you want to stop using the car until departure.
Breakfast decorous, not too variegated.
Not really cheap but typical price of the high season.
I can recommend this hotel.

Our hotel was situated directly on the beach - well, 10 meters to be exact! We stayed in a double bed room which was large, warm and clean with the view! Bathroom was large enough but at times it could have been warmer. Staff was very helpful - they even gave us the choice to pick the room with the best sea view! Breakfast was very good. Hotel is 20 mins walk to the train station. City of Minturno is not so lively in the winter but to walk on the grand beach in the sun was fantastic!

We have stayed here for 4 days the sea it's virtually a stone throw away, good little private beach included. The hotel was extremely clean, the staff did a very good job. The food was nice too.All in all for the area this is a good place to stay.

I know this is a budget hotel, but when your room smells of stale cigarettes, the bath has some questionable hairs on it as well as the door number hanging off, it's not a nice stay.
This is the first time also, that I've had to be handed the remote control for the rooms, a little bizarre.
The hotel seemed more of a retirement home, which we were not expecting and the reviews didn't really give away. The lack of cleanliness (when the cleaners came knocking on our doors (we had three rooms) at 7.30am, it was a relaxing stay) we decided not to have breakfast in the hotel.
If, like us, you are contemplating, saving some money and spending it on the beach and not 20 minutes away in Kora Park, please don't, it's seriously not worth it.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. The staff was very friendly and professional. The hotel is located in front of the beach. Excellent location. Close to many shops in the Main Street walking distance. Will definitely stay there again on our next visit. Great hotel for families. Good wi-fi service.

Hotel location was perfect for this occasion. Hotel staff was very polite and friendly. Breakfast was ok and coffee was great as you would expect in Italy. Facilities were a bit dated and room wasn't designed for two adults and an infant. Good short break, but don't think we'll be going back.

The room was spacius and clean, our dog was also more than welcome. we where to early in the season for the beautifull beach. We are shure that we will visit Hotel Eleonora again!!!

As we arrived we were checked in to a room w/o balcony but with a sea view. A room was nice and clean but slightly too small for us. We thought we would ask for a more spacious room with a balcony, similar to what we had seen on a booking site. The hotel owner said it was not a problem and we were offered a nice room with a big corner balcony overlooking the sea & beach:-) The beach was nice and clean and all the guests were provided with sun loungers. Breakfast was ok, but could not understand why they serve cakes in the morning;-) One day we were provided with tasty packed lunch as we were going for a day trip to Rome. The owners were very friendly and helpful. One disadvantage - only one member of staff could speak good English.

stic toilet seats. You took your life in your hands as they slipped off as there were no clips holding them on. It didn't make any difference to us in the end as we just unclipped it and left off, but it seems such a silly thing to skimp on when the rest was marvellous. We stayed B&B so can't comment on meals, breakfast was more than sufficient and fresh coffee was lovely. We would.definitely stay here again.

The property is located right on the seafront, with a private beach for a fee and bar service via wapp.
However, it is an obsolete structure (even if the rooms - quite spacious - have been renovated), and, not offering who knows what other services (besides a car park), the quality/price ratio is not positive.
The breakfast is varied... but what a shame to have to ask (and give an account) to the "cake boss" (the waiter responsible for cutting and portioning) what you want to eat.
