Lazy Beach reminds you how to have fun and enjoy life. No wifi, no cell phone coverage, no social media - it is glorious! Amazing staff, excellent food, a clean comfortable place to hang your hat and the absolute best beach in Cambodia will remind you that life isn't lived on a screen. They even have a great collection of...

Priced at a level which discourages the back-packers, the real plus of this place is it's location on the west side of the island. By itself and away from the tat and relative commercialism of Saracen Bay, the 20 bungalows are more or less back-packer + standard but at mid-range prices. The thing about this place is that people love...

Very nice and almost empty beach. We've walked via jungle path from other side of the island and stayed there for the sunset. The sand is full of life, many tiny crabs digging a tunnels in sand, water color is like from paradise and the sun sets in the water giving a beautiful background to a palm standing on the...

An excellent destination for a family adventure. Do a search for Lazy Beach. You will find the details. Don't be put off by limited communication for bookings as there is no wifi so don't tell that to your kids!!! It is English managed laid back and super helpful. The food, cocktails and snacks are superb. We are an Australian family...

This small island does not much to offer in volume, but it is one of the prettiest beach I've seen. The water is turquoise mostly, gradually darkening into the most beautiful jade! The sea is calm, making it easy to swim. The sand is soft and white. Don't forget your swimming goggles. The shore has rocks of various sizes adding...

We stayed at Saracen Beach Resort for one night and made the jungle trek to the other side of the island to Lazy Beach for a beautiful lunch (trek is easy and about 20 - 30 mins. at a leisurely pace). Do it mid-morning to beat the beat and plan to stay for lunch at the restaurant there. Bring lots...

Pretty much glorified camping, with no A/C or flush toilets. Pretty beach that can be waded to probably 70 yards or so before having to paddle. The restaurant serves excellent food, the best we had in Cambodia. Very cool common area with the bar and restaurant, friendly staff. 1.5 Km walk to more populated, wilder side of island. c

very simple, but very nice huts along the beach and a wonderful common room for getting a drink or having meal. It was so strange to book via sms or telephone call in these days, but once arrived at the island everything was perfect and well organized. The only problem is there is no wifi or telephone connection. Only one...
