The room was very good. Housekeeping could have been better about exchanging towels daily and emptying trash. Otherwise, the pool, staff, gym, and private beach, were all very good. private island, Big Hickory, contains the best seashells in FL, period.

We went to visit some friends and stayed with them at the condo. What a wonderful time we had a beautiful view of the beach. Had dinner at the restaurant right on the island. Such a great mini vacation.

This is a really wonderful location for a beach vacation. We rented a house and had a great time. There is a lot to do and it is very private and isolated while still having lots of amenities. There is a restaurant and bar on the island

The beaches are unlike anywhere else. This is the last bit of untouched Florida. We stayed here a few weeks ago and it was wonderful. The staff is wonderful and accommodating. Rum Bay Restaurant is okay - stick with ribs, coconut shrimp and the signature Rum Bay Smash. The rooms vary greatly depending on what level of room you have....
