From the moment you enter this prettily situated farmhouse you will be impressed by 2 things. The feeling that you have stepped back in time and the cosy comfort of the rooms. I have nothing bad to say about this place. I had a friends wedding to go to and everywhere was booked up due to another local wedding so the owners came to my rescue by offering me a room. It's not ensuite as such, however I had exclusive use of the bathroom so was as good as. The freestanding roll-top...

If you want something different, check out this tucked away, tastefully renovated, old style farmhouse. It's located just over a rise from the main village of Oare and a stone;s throw from Faversham. A walk along the creek will get you a nice view of the sailing boats and a pub lunch at the Shipwright's Arms to greet you at...

Stayed for 4 nights earlier this year on strength of 4 star/rosette rating shown in faversham.org and Visitkent websites. Notably poor and on checking with AA and Enjoy England, they currently possess no star or rosette ratings. Nice area, comfortable bed and warm, but the renovation is ramshackle. There is only wooden floor boarding separating upstairs to downstairs rooms.......use too...
