Our first time at Glenloy and we were not disappointed. Fantastic trips with red deer, sika deer, mountain hare, pine martens, dotterel, ptarmigan, golden and white-tailed eagles, osprey and divers to name a few. Each day just seemed to get better with the final day being a glorious trip to Eigg and Muck in bright sunshine - views of harbour...

This was my 5th time at glenloy. Jon and Angela offer wildlife trips and weeks. The lodge has luxurious, en-suite rooms. The sun lounge offers spectacular views of aonoch mor. The day starts with a lovely, continental and cooked, breakfast. After breakfast you drive somewhere for the day looking for wildlife, wildflowers, butterflies etc. This depends on the itinary for...

We spent two nights at the Lodge and really enjoyed the short stay. We wished we had booked longer. The Lodge is hidden by superb trees and shrubs, but from inside you have great views over the top to the mountains beyond. The bedroom is basic but has all you need. A comfortable bed, en-suite facilities but the sink is...

We chose Glenloy Lodge as a base to spend a couple of days relaxing and wildlife watching as it offered the chance to see pine martens. On both our nights we had brilliant views of the martens very close to the house. If you want to see martens this is definitely the place to come! The breakfasts and packed lunch...

The owner is Ok to give you any information about what is possible around and the garden is really nice. The owner seems to be stressed so it is difficult to relax in his lodge, he will give you the key of your room, but he won't give you the key of the front door even if you rent a...

Jon and Angela where very accommodating and friendly, the rooms were perfect for what we needed and the food was great. The wildlife tours were also excellent and the nightly visits from the local pine martens was superb. Fully recommend for...

A one-night stay at end of short first section of Great Glen Way. We arrived late and tired so didn't have chance to really explore the lodge or its surroundings which are very verdant and appear to be wildlife-rich. The service from the host was consistently good and the room was very clean - but it did seem a wee...

Stayed in Glenloy Lodge for the first time in May and I'm sure it won't be the last time! Very friendly welcome although I had to look for the location. Beautiful surroundings and well worth visiting. Watched lots of birds and pine martens directly in front of the window: Think it would be a great place for a family with...
