I really want to give a more positive review, based on the quality of the people they have working there. But, there are too many things that prevent that - the cafe/lounge has been closed over a year, the re-modeling seems like it has been going on for too long, the road noise from I-5, the smoke alarm that went...

We booked this place sight unseen because it looked good from the freeway when we drove by the year before. We were placed in a bottom story room facing away from the courtyard. The lock was broken and we had to ask them to move us. It was already late and dark and the next room had a workable lock...

We got in late after being on road all day. Much needed rest. Room spacious and clean. You can see renovations are in progress. Coffee and tea supplied and bathroom amenities were good. Surprised to see makeup remover wipes included

A rather strange hotel. Very grand reception but our room was very mediocre. The furniture looked like it came from a junk yard. I understand it is undergoing renovation so I am tolerant about the inconvenience but that does not excuse the insufficient standard of cleanliness. Great pool and nice grounds. It is quite ok for one night if you...

Our daughter was married here. The gazebo was a lovely place for the ceremony. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Reception room was well arranged and had ample room for our party of 90. As some have mentioned, the hotel is under new management. We saw evidence of ongoing renovations on the grounds and in some rooms that have been...

This hotel was listed as a place to stay for a local wedding so of course we booked it.. that was mistake #1. Lobby is cute.. very old mission style. Man behind the counter was very polite. Pool was closed for repairs however we were not informed of that prior to our arrival. Our room was on the bottom floor...

This hotel has been in bad shape; however with the new owners it's clear they are putting the TLC and finishing touches into it. The rooms are huge and the bed and TVs are fantastic. The grounds are beautiful and perfect for meandering around. Currently there is no bar or restaurant but as soon as they complete that - watch...

We came to check out the area hotels for an event in August. The hotel is approx. 40 years old, has over 200 rooms and very large grounds but it seemed like all the rooms were empty. It actually gave me the feeling of those creepy scary movie hotel scenes. We actually asked if they were closed for updating/renovations. The...

The room was a basic, clean but lack luster, motel six style but strolling around the grounds was worth a so-so room. Surprisingly, it was way cheaper than all the surrounding lodging. The room was clean and bedding nice, had everything you need. (we did have to ask them to remove the deodorizer over the door...the fragrance knocked you over...
