We spent there several days in November with my husband. Very nice place. Our room was in separate building and it was more like livivng in a country house than in a hotel. Both bedroom and bathroom are spacious. Very good breakfasts. Friendly staff. I'll definitely recomend The Dashwood to my friends

This little gem is perfect for a cosy break away. It was great value for money as was a laterooms deal. We stayed in Room 8 which was in a separate building to the bar/restaraunt. This was perfect from a privacy point of view. The meals were fantastic both nights. Lovely little village and very conveniently located for Bicester Village...

I'm in two minds about The Dashwood - in some ways it's great, in others it's painfully lacking. Bedrooms are lovely - spacious, well appointed and comfortable, but far too expensive for the area and overall offering. The bar is tiny and full to the rafters will locals wanting a pint, leaving no space for guests. Food is good, but...

I stayed with my husband for one night whilst visiting family nearby. A truly wonderful hotel set in a beautiful village near Bicester. Scott the General Manager was so friendly and made us feel so welcome. We booked an Executive room which was very spacious, very clean and modern. The decor was beautiful and the bed very comfortable. The bar...

We (me and hubby) stopped for one night - having visited Blenheim Palace. Service was very good. Room was nice, clean and comfortable with all bits you would need like: kettle, telly etc. My husband was bale to have vegetarian breakfast which was nice and pleasant especially that breakfast menu does not specifically mention veggie option. We wanted to stay...

My husband and I stayed overnight visiting Blenheim Palace. The room was not large but was spotless, comfortable (very comfy bed), good shower room and nice additional items such as iron, hairdryer. We had a delicious dinner in the attractive dining room and again, breakfast in the morning. Be warned! The full breakfast is not like some places where you...

The hotel is near to Oxford and to the Bicester shopping centre. We stayed for two nights and ate each night at the hotel. The food and service was excellent. The room was on top of the main building and was very spacious. Highly recommended

This is a lovely hotel, in a quiet village within 10 minutes drive of the park and ride into Oxford. We had a large airy room in an old building with beams but was tastefully decorated in a very modern style. We had excellent service and a lovely breakfast. We would definately stay here again.
