The Manor House is beautiful with lovely gardens. Each room is individual with a bit of character, most rooms are a good size. The bar and reception staff were all lovely and helpful with everything we needed, including early check in and late night picking up on keys was not a problem. Only disappointing thing was the service at dinner... More

Lovely hotel, nice attentive staff. Lovely interior with welcoming open fire. Very tasting meal in the bar, ordered a goats cheese salad. Great nights sleep, lovely and quiet! Fab breakfast, made to order.

Stayed overnight as it was really handy to reach Bicester Outlet. The hotel is beautiful from the outside and very grand in the reception. There are just a few small points that prevent me giving it full marks: 1 - No power point near the mirror to plug hairdryer in (small but essential) 2 - Very expensive food within the... More

We had an enjoyable overnight stay here in early November. The building and grounds are very nice although the weather was not great during our stay. There is an open fire in the reception/snug and a warm, relaxing feel to the bar even though the fire there was not on. The restaurant was fully booked so we ate in the... More

Initially as approaching we thought what a stunning place. The manor is beautiful. Our room was in the coach house on the first floor and at best could be classed as OK. We'd asked for a double room and was disappointed to find that we'd been given a twin. The beds had been pushed together, not zipped, with separate quilts.... More

We have just stayed here for 2 nights. We were in the coach house. The room had cobwebs at the windows and the carpet had several stains. The first night we had diner sitting close to the window, there were dead flies on the window sill.we tried to order wine was out of stock. The menu was small, the food... More

Went here for a friends birthday and it was very nice. The Manor itself is lovely, staff very attentive. The afternoon tea was very reasonable in price and the food was lovely. Not much on the tea choice I had breakfast tea Scones to die for and the macaroons lovely. Would definitely go there again

I chose this hotel for afternoon tea with the girls because the gardens and dining rooms looked beautiful on the website. I got there early armed with my walking boots and camera hoping to work up an appetite while walking around and photographing the gardens but to be honest, they weren't particularly inspiring. The interior of the hotel is beautiful,... More

This was for our wedding anniversary and we had heard good things about the Manor since it's change of ownership. When we arrived we were greeted warmly and asked if we would like a drink first which we did. The bar is pleasant with a good selection of drinks, however, they had run out of the first 2 drinks that... More
