This was my first trip to Canada for fishing and it was a great experience. Our cabin on Lake Mount was a rustic primitive but still had a shower...which was much appreciated after a long day of handling fish. One should note that the outhouse is approaching a 'full' state...if you know what I mean. I would recommend this location...

Excellent fishing..excellent cabin. .excellent staff....! My Son and I had an A+ trip here. The smallmouth fish was excellent and they are the only Lodge on the lake so it is very private. Easy to drive too...but still in the middle of nowhere!

This was the best trip of my summer! Don and Brenda are so friendly and helpful! The lake is nice, and the cabins are spacious and clean! Lots of great options for hunting and fishing, or just chilling on the beach. Boats and motors for rent available. I would recommend it highly!

After visiting Hyatt's for several years, my husband was finally able to take the entire family for a fishing adventure. Don and Brenda make you feel welcome and seem to treat everyone like childhood friends. The cabins are modern, yet you never lose the sense of being in the wilderness. We stayed in the largest one and couldn't have been...

Drove up from Wisconsin for 12 hours and stayed in cabin #2 the biggest one. Let me tell you, it was a blast from Don teasing me about using the WiFi to talk to my "babes" as he said to the beautiful fish caught everyday. Everyday I got up I knew it would be fun. I would say this place...

Great fishing & fun. Caught lots of walleye, northern, small mouth, perch and a few lake trout. Service & facilities are excellent. The staff will make sure you're having a good time & joke with you while they take care of you. Good chances of seeing eagles & moose. Beautiful star filled nights. For a family fishing trip, you can't...

Don & Brenda are great hosts and will do whatever they can to accommodate your trip. Clean and comfortable, modern cabins (especially for a camp that's off the power grid) with full time 24 hr electrical power. The daily rate makes full week trips unnecessary so it's easy to fit your schedule too. A great vacation spot.

Decided on a last minute fishing trip----had been to Hyatts many years before. Really glad we decided to go back. Don and Brenda, and the girls go out of their way to make sure you have a great time. Fishing was good,,,,,plenty of walleyes to eat and never caught so many smallmouths as we did in 4 days.

Thank Greg B
