I stayed there for 15 nights, enjoyed much. Hosts Phil and Fizz are very welcoming people and Phil does best breakfasts in the area. Room is fully matching photos, clean, repaired and fully suite all needs in long travels. It was warm despite outside was quite cold weather on mornings. It is possible to see squirrels outside the window often....

Can't rate this b&b highly enough! The four of us stayed just one night here in two rooms as we had tickets for Duxford Air Show on the Saturday but will have a longer stay next time and are already planning our next break. If you are visiting Cambridge and surrounding area, this is by far THE place to stay....

I work from home and come into the office in Milton about once a fortnight. I stay at the Ambassador lodge which is a lovely guest house. It is spotlessly clean and comfortable with the facilities you expect from a guest house including good free wifi . Added to this the quality of the breakfast (they have won an award...

Visiting Cambridge and looking after grandchild while her parents went to a wedding. Phil was really accommodating, allowed early arrival, had made up extra bed and cot in the family room. Lots of toys, books, jigsaws all in great condition to play with. Very old building so child noises did not carry from room to room. Breakfast was superb and...

I have stayed at Ambassada Lodge a number of times now. It really is faultless in every way. It's spotlessly clean & Phils breakfast menu is not only varied but of great quality. It's in a great location to travel to Cambridge, give it a try you won't be disapointed..

I needed a one night stay at short notice: the welcome was warm but not intrusive; the room was comfortable and with good amenities - wifi, tv, en suite (with a top class shower!)... After a good night's sleep I had a totally top breakfast - scrumptious and substantial! It was a most pleasant stay, and I'm sure that I'll...

I have stayed at the Ambassador lodge several times. The rooms are always very clean (including the entrance area and breakfast room). The quality of the breakfast is very high (choice of cereal, fresh fruit salad, toast and cooked breakfast). The Ambassador lodge is located in a quiet residential area so there is little trouble with traffic noise. The en-suites...

Our ensuite twin room was excellent: comfortable beds, all the facilities we needed, and the best quality and choice of breakfast we have had in a B&B. Access to the dining room if you want to bring back a takeaway in the evening. Couldn't fault this place at all. Three local pubs, and a new restaurant about to open next...

We chanced on Ambassador Lodge one a Cambridge Graduation weekend several years ago, when B&Bs in central Cambridge were charging wicked prices. We then decided that we could live with a taxi ride into Cambridge and are very glad with the decision. The owners of Ambassador are very helpful and friendly and after a couple of visits, Phil does feel...

I found this Lodge on the internet and booked five rooms for the family who were attending my grand-daughters wedding. We simply could not have found any where better. Phil and Fizz made us so welcome and it was a delight to stay there. The selection of food at breakfast from the fresh fruit salad, yogurts and cereals to a cooked...
