Tucked away in a village just south of Abergele this is one of the gems of Wales. It is more a hotel than a B ad B and Susan and Stuart were perfect hosts. The imposing exterior leads into a country house of large rooms with a feeling of space and elegance but with a friendly atmosphere, the bedrooms are...

It was a beautiful stay, completely faultless. The service was very welcoming and thorough, with attention to detail at the highest standard I've seen. Breakfast was amazing also, again with everything you need. Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this delightfully, historic location. The warm welcome, excellent service and beautiful room made our stay one to remember. We would happily stay there again. Loved the local pub just down and around the corner where we enjoyed a few beers and a great meal.

This is one of the nicest hotels we have atayed in. Fabulous location. Very freindly owners and excellent food. A very good base for exploring Wales. The honesty bar was a bonus and the Ffarm offered a good selection of dvds to use in the bedroom.

The hotel looked just as good inside as out, the whole experience was wonderful, Stuart and Susan could not have been more accommodating. Very polite, friendly, professional in every way. The bedroom was spacious, spotlessly clean with a good sized bathroom, very comfortable bed. The lounge was comfortable for pre-dinner drinks and coffee after the meal. The evening meal was...

Lovely house, friendly people, good food, in a peaceful area in the North of Wales. Not sure what not to like really. The bar they had was also stocked nicely with a couple nice Brandy's and Whiskeys. I'm not a big fan of gravel since we travelled with a heavy motorcycle but its not the end of the world.

This casteled Country Accommodation is a beautiful place with an antique atmosphere. The reception is very friendly and communicative. The room on top floor is a bit steep for old people, but it is excellent in design and cleanliness. The bathroom is phantastic and offers all facilities you want.

Had a wonderful stay, very nice rooms and breakfast. Beautiful building and good quality service. Small narrow roads leading to and from Ffarm but the location provides a good base to reach out to local beauty spots and places of interest.

Beautiful old house with charming hosts. Room was fresh and airy and well furnished. Access is via narrow country roads but there is very little other traffic to worry about. Well located for exploring north Wales.
