Met with warm welcome and helpful staff. Clean, no frills spacious room and comfortable bed. Safe parking. Good access to ring road and within walking distance of super restaurant. Breakfast was basic but ok.

Little bit out of the way but had everything we needed. Room was spacious and the shower was made for a giant - not huge but shower head fixed 7ft up the wall.
Only a short drive into Bordeaux for site seeing.
The thunderclouds were gathering and after another sleepless night in our tent, the weather forecast didn't look very promising for putting away a dry tent and getting to Chenonceaux in time for dinner. So we left our campsite a day early and headed north.

When you make a reservation (f expl.by internet), you get entrance code and pin code for your room. During the day (7 to 21h) there is a front desk to help you. Before and after the day time, you can check-in yourself by a machine outside the hotel with the codes you received by the booking.
