Detailed Reviews
A small hotel (formally Campanile) now under the Kyriad brand. All rooms have been recently decorated in an individual style – we stayed in one with a jungle theme which was spotlessly clean. Very friendly, enthusiastic and helpful reception. Although out-of town with plenty of free parking, it's only a short walk from the tram terminus and buses so really no need for a car, either to reach the hotel or visit Avignon. There is a restaurant on site, but during the time we stayed the menu was limited to a range of pizzas, all the same there is a good choice of alternative eating places close by. We have no hesitation in recommending this place for a stay.
One extra which you will discover if you walk to the tram on a Sunday is the wonderful market, with a good range of north African stalls. This stretches the whole length of the road leading to the tram; no secret but probably not in the tourist brochures.

I really enjoyed staying at this Kyriad hotel which was in a good location for visiting Avignon and was a little cheaper than some of the hotels nearer to Avignon. The room had some very nice features and they had made an effort to make the room much better than the typical standard budget hotel room.
An easy smooth check in and I was made to feel very welcome. There is free parking around the hotel. A nice buffet breakfast too.

So there it is, it's not a bad hotel but it's not a good hotel anymore. Let me explain: Depending on where your room is located, you will not be able to open the window because it overlooks a fairly busy road, as was our case. On the other hand, the good point is the possibility of reducing the noise through a small veranda that can be closed. There is air conditioning available as it is hot in the south in summer which compensates for the lack of possibility of opening the window. There was a medium spider in the room that kept us company. On the other hand, big downside: if you take a shower, the humidity spreads throughout the room because the walls are ultra-thin partitions which gives you a tropical atmosphere as soon as a shower is taken. The bedding is quite good quality. Breakfast is a buffet which is quite complete.

A hotel in which we regularly spend a few nights. The welcome is perfect. The rooms are modern, well decorated, but with regular small defects, such as bedside lamps which do not always work, or a missing bath towel, or an empty supply of soap, depending on the day...
During our last visit, however, we were very disappointed by the quality of service.
Spending 2 successive nights in this hotel, we were confronted from the first evening with a clogged shower. After a visit to reception, where we were provided with a set of towels to limit the flooding created, we were assured that a technician would put an end to this nuisance before the second evening, or that a another room would be offered to us. When we returned we were assured that the problem had been resolved.
Now, flood again! It was then admitted to us that no one had intervened, except the cleaning lady having "cleaned" the siphon! It should also be noted in passing that she, very casually, left her cleaning gloves placed on a leather travel bag... great surprise!
It seems to us that the price of these rooms, what's more in a hotel that was almost empty this weekend in question, could have allowed us to largely avoid this kind of inconvenience!
I admit that I am seriously wondering about the choice of this establishment...

We stayed in this hotel for one night while passing through Provence. Luckily we decided to go to the hotel in the early afternoon to check in because in the evening at 10pm the reception closes, not guaranteeing the booked room.
The hotel is very basic although the sheets and towels were fortunately clean. We recommend not staying more than one night.

This small hotel is located on the edge of Avignon in a secure complex. Tram is nearby which leads directly to the center. The rooms are small and practical, the bathroom, on the other hand, rather well because the ceiling clearly shows mold. Breakfast is also rather well, individually (!) packaged cheese slices, a bit of sausage, but fresh baguette and croissants. Okay for one night, but nothing more.

For professional reasons, I spent one night there.
Newly renovated room, very clean, beautiful decoration (original, perhaps busy but I liked it). Room on the courtyard side, very quiet. The reception was correct. The breakfast was very fair, a little light. I recommend this hotel for a short stay, for a single person or a couple passing through.

Below expectations.
Structure of the hotel very similar to a motel! Very small rooms, but quite clean. Bathroom not adequately equipped with toiletries (2 mini bottles of soap for 3 people). Decent breakfast. Nice and kind staff

Practical, spacious room, good bedding, decent bathroom, very classic and complete breakfast buffet. Interesting hotel if you have a car, parking on site. Courteous and friendly staff. But a charming hotel with a slightly high value for money, and whose sound system could be improved
Good address though

We travel a lot and it is a horrible hotel. We never do an evaluation but here... The cleanliness of mattress covers full of hair, we see the light of day under the door and by framing so when it rains it is as if you would be camping, we hear the voices watching TV and at lunch an employee who turned out to be the property owner wore gloves to place the food with his hands in the buffet but a few seconds after always with his gloves he answers his cell phone or uses his computer and even coughs putting his hand in front of his mouth. We knew afterwards that he had covid!!
