The room (all on the ground floor) designated for us is sufficiently large, air-conditioned, a bathroom with a single bathtub 😡 and a small terrace. It’s impeccable for an establishment that accepts animals 👍. On the other hand, the carpet in the room, rather soiled, risks becoming a flea nest... 🤬. Better parquet or tiled floors.
The restaurant offers very decent food, but the choice is quite limited... the menu has 5 starters and 5 main courses... which changes every month... Unfortunately, we quickly got around to it. Fortunately we were able to choose a few dishes off the menu…
The room staff is really very friendly. A plus for the establishment.
The breakfast is not bad at all, but I found that the dishes were not well restocked…
In the end, a pleasant stay at a reasonable price, but this establishment is, in my opinion, better suited to short stays and business seminars.

Very nice stay, it was very clean and the pool was lovely we had a nice meal in the restaurant and then went to sleep in a cozy bed lovely and spacious. The pool was cold but we all enjoyed it as it was very refreshing after a long journey in the car. The staff were very pleasant and polite. The room had good A/C and you can’t hear the airport at all. Great location as you are just off the motorway. Very quiet however it is very remote. merci beaucoup pour ces belles vacances en famille.

I spent one night in this hotel for professional reasons. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is good. However, the hotel has seen better times (probably times when the airport was really busy). Lots of signs of wear and a lack of cleanliness visible on several levels.

Delighted to have spent 3 days at this hotel. The rooms are simple and the structure dates back several decades but everything has been done to make the place pleasant and professionally cared for. The room is functional and the bedding perfect. The welcome is warm and a smile is on everyone's lips. The service is perfect, including in the restaurant where the atmosphere is relaxed while remaining efficient. The food is excellent both at dinner and breakfast. Congratulations to all the staff (managers and employees)! A special message to the restaurant service manager who is simply exceptional!

We stayed here for 3 nights in out organized tour. The hotel is ok, it has a pool that if you don't plan to visit Avignon it gives you something to do. The hotel means 3 different buildings and when you arrive it is a bit confusing to find your room. The room is big, at groundfloor with big window. A bit noise from the airport. I found some bugs in my room. Restaurant has a limited offer and was taking orderr in summer up to 8:30 pm. If you plan to visit the city probably tyhe taxi is the only option and will cost you as it is far away. It was the most disapointing hotel from all our tour.

Booked today for 17 people to celebrate the departure of 2 co-workers. We asked to be installed inside. The table was ready outside. So 10 minutes later 2 columns of tables are set up instead of making a U or a rectangle so that everyone sees each other. Negative response from annoyed staff. There was no one inside the restaurant except us. That would not have bothered anyone. Then 20 minutes later we are served a mozza tomato. Finally 3 slices of tomatoes on which was placed a ball of mozza and a blade of grass in decoration. The continuation of the meal would have been perfect if we all did the diet, a chicken leg with 4 shot potatoes and pieces of red green and yellow peppers steamed, without sauce anything. Others had a sea bream fillet with the same accompaniment without sauce, nothing and not a single slice of lemon. Dessert: a piece of brownie with a drizzle of caramel and some chantilly. And all for 26 euros. No coffee or aperitif or bottled water. Little more than one passed an electric blower while a couple of people ate on the terrace. Even we've had enough in our ears. I was assigned a room as shown in the photos, only after calling reception they changed me to a room like the one in the photos on the website. Terrible service, not even an apology. I complained in writing and the solution was to offer one night in the same hotel. I went for work, I live in Portugal, even if I have to return to Avignon, I will certainly choose another hotel. In the end they even wanted to charge for breakfast that we didn't eat.

Somewhat tired-looking, ground-level building on the edge of Avignon airport, with planes incidentally flying overhead. Hotel offers lunch and dinner but apparently not on Sunday. An equally tired-looking Courtepaille a short walk away is the only other option but a drive to the center of Avignon might be a better idea.

The restaurant is effectively closed on Sunday evenings during the winter period only, but, as you can see, a Courtepaille restaurant is right next to our establishment or you can eat in Avignon, 6 km from our establishment.
