Absolutely amazing fish and chips. Two large pieces of fish and hand cut proper chips from fresh potatoes. Excellently prepared and great service too. Definitely a place to return to soon. There was a lovely log fire burning to keep us warm on a windy spring day. Really enjoyed the whole experience.

Called here today with my wife and 3 children. 1 year old, 2 year old and 17 year old. It was fairly busy so I asked could we sit in the new extension, I was told no as it wasn't finished and was cold, although all the tables were set up ?? We then pushed 2 small tables together so...

We really liked this place. Friendly staff, who were helpful and flexible. Good quality food. Just one caveat - it really is pricey. I'm a Londoner, and even my group thought it was expensive , with many mains being priced over £20. Nevertheless, you get what you pay for at this cosy, high quality inn.

We called today for lunch what a gem of a find OUTSTANDING. Service was relaxed friendly and efficient very welcoming staff. Wide variety of fresh fish not cheap but it's true you REALLY do get what you pay for however you don't HAVE to push the boat out a selection of very reasonably priced meals and snacks were on offer....

Whilst on holiday we cycled to Dale without knowing what we would find. The Griffin was there to welcome us, we had delicious fish soup for lunch, and we booked for dinner the next evening. We ordered from the fresh fish menu, which changes according to what has been caught. We both had thefish soup again, the turbot, served with...

Freshly cooked to order, brilliant menu with mouthwatering descriptions , the very best cuisine in an amazing setting. Tonight I have had delicious king size prawns in a succulent sauce followed by lobster carbonara which was second to none I have ever tasted. If you are in Pembrokeshire you should really not miss this place to eat just two minutes...

Average meal, hugely overpriced for what it was. Chips should be crisp but these were soggy potato wedges which looked over cooked and tasted strange. Will not be back. Offered a reduction but asked for potential reduction to be given to charming and helpful waitress as a tip.

We sampled the hake, cod and Childs burger meal. All lovingly prepared and delicious. The cod was served with asparagus and samphire. The chocolate knickerbocker glory was amazing! My son said it tasted like chocolate torte and it did. Slightly gingery too. Slightly expensive fish but it is locally caught so you get what you pay for. Fab view from...
