We had booked a pool view suite and were very pleased when taken to our room, it consisted of a large bedroom with 2 king size beds, a well appointed bathroom, a walk in wardrobe, a lounge, a kitchenette area with sink fridge and microwave, and a cloakroom with 2nd WC. The balcony was large with 2 sun beds, table.....and bath tub!!
We received great service here from lovely, well trained staff. Very friendly and smiley. The house keeping was excellent. Bottled water replaced daily, a lot of plastic......
There is a very well maintained and attractive beach and huge (100m?) pool area. But beware: access into and out of the water is limited to 2 sets of steps which are awkward to negotiate. Sun beds around the pool are in demand.
Gym is excellent with good quality treadmills, cross trainers, bikes, rowing machine , weights machines and free weights.
Restaurant and drinks pricey. Breakfast had a good international variety. Beach bars/restaurants a few steps away from the hotel; also out of the front gates there are at least 2 other restaurants very close by.
The main clientele seem to be very well behaved French older couples and Russian young families(also well behaved!).

We stayed for 2 weeks in a deluxe swim up room on bed & breakfast rate, and were extremely happy with the hotel & service. Pool access was a welcome bonus, shared by about 8 rooms and separate from the main pool. Always quiet and a great place to chill out. The staff were very friendly & efficient, from the reception staff to the house keeping & grounds keeping team. We couldn't have felt more welcome. Top marks to the staff in the leisure facilities too for encouraging our bowling efforts and putting up with our "enthusiastic" karaoke sessions! Breakfast is a real highlight here, with a massive array of food, some of which changes daily. Great egg station & lots of fresh fruit & veg. Open nice & early too if you want to start a long day. We didn't eat in the hotel as prices were (obviously) higher than restaurants on the beach, which offered great food with the added bonus of the sunset view over the sea. Lastly, the beach is just stunning. You can walk for hours, and the sea is clean and warm. It's mostly really quiet too, and there are some great little cafes where you can stop for a drink & massage in the shade. Overall a great hotel set in a perfect location.

I stayed in Sentido Graceland in January 2019. Upon arrival i was greeted with a refreshing drink and my bags were loaded onto one of their little buggies to be taken to my room. Whilst filling out my paperwork I was informed that I had been upgraded to a pool access room which was amazing! Considering this was a solo trip and was an opportunity for me to relax on my own, being upgraded to a pool access room meant i had even more privacy and could stay confined to my room should I wish. The package i brought included breakfast and dinner, so the only thing I ended up buying was a small snack at lunch. I used their gym facilities daily - which were more than sufficient. The pool was fantastic and always clean (no little leafs). I loved the buffet breakfast and enjoyed many meals at the other restaurants as well. My favourite part was the spa! Compared to prices in Australia, it was very affordable. I booked many treatments there but on my last night i booked a body scrub, full body massage and finished off with a facial. Perfect was to end a perfect trip! The staff were lovely and super helpful and i really enjoyed my time there.

We were there in Nov 2022 on a family vacation together with 2 kids. It was our second stay in the hotel. We liked the first stay so much, that we decided to return again just after 3 months. The desk, room service, the territory, the beach, the restaurants - all that was of amazing quality. But I want to highlight two hidden gems of the hotel and those are SPA and desserts. During both our stays we went to SPA every day. SPA interior is very beautiful and cozy, elaborated to the tiny details. You feel a relaxing atmosphere right after you cross the doorstep. Before the massage, you are offered a cold towel and a healthy drink, given to you on a tray decorated with a live flower. So you can seat on a comfy sofa, wipe your face and hands with a cold fragrant towel and drink a drink, setting yourself up for the procedures. Then you are accompanied to the one of massage rooms and given a proper outfit for the chosen massage type. The room is also nicely decorated with traditional ornaments and fresh flowers. Before the massage, the massage lady will wash your feet in a basin with warm water and flower petals. Then you'll have 30-120 minutes (whatever you choose) of amazing and very professionally done massage. After the massage, you are offered another, warm drink usually with ginger. Once again, comfy sofa at your disposal, you can sit, drink and enjoy the new feel of your body. And all that you get for a very affordable price. But of course, that place wouldn't be so great without the ladies, who are working there. We thank a lot Jub, Mat, Fon, and Kob, for your amazing and professional skills, for your kind and caring attitude, and for being here for us and other guests. We'll keep very warm memories of you for the rest of our lives. The second gem is desserts. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were included in the booking, so we enjoyed the buffet at the main restaurant every day. The restaurant provided a very nice variety of food and cuisines, always fresh, tasty, and well done. But the variety and quality of desserts were just astonishing. Every time it was a very hard choice to choose a limited number of desserts in order to constrain sugar intake to some reasonable amount. We never saw the chef who amazed us every day 3 times a day with those small sweet tasty things while we were there but you should know, our great respect goes to you.

We stayed here for 5nights as part of our honeymoon! It was amazing! Staff lovely, room beautiful! Really enjoyed breakfast everyday. The pool was quiet and peaceful and beach empty white sands. We eat in the Thai restaurant one night and the buffet another night doing the all inclusive drinks package, which I enjoyed. We used the taxis outside the hotel to travel to the local town and market and had dinner and drinks there. Along the beach front was lovely little bars which was very cheap, we went there for lunch, I struggled at night though as there was many water bugs flying around and seemed to be attracted to me, so was put off but couldn’t be helped. I wish we had extended our time here before going to Phuket! And would love to return.

We stayed at Sentido Graceland in February 2020 for our honeymoon. It was absolutely wonderful. We stayed in a Premier Pool Access room and it was so lovely to be able to walk straight out of our room into a beautiful relaxing pool. The staff were so friendly and professional. We loved the tropical garden landscape. The location on the beach was amazing. Most days we enjoyed a great buffet breakfast (included in our package) walked along the beach, had a beach swim, ate lunch at each of the restaurants on the beach, swam in the pool from our pool access, enjoyed some cocktails then dinner on the beach. We didn't mind the fact that we weren't closer to Khao Lak town centre as it was only a 20min drive in the hotel shuttle and we got to see more scenery. We have nothing negative to say at all and thoroughly recommend this place for a romantic, relaxing, happy holiday.

Wonderful friendly staff. Really clean and quality rooms and resort as a whole. A fantastic resort. But breakfast is so so and they serve cheap dilute artificial juices such a shame for. Acountry with such fresh great produce. Only reallly bad things are the awful loud music pumping out from the bar over the beach all afternoon - absolutely unbearable.

Lovely place with a beautiful garden, great swimmingpools and an endless beach with lots of space. We booked a garden suite witch is huge! Probably ment as a family suite but very nice also for two. We also ordered half pension witch is probably the stupiedest choice. Skip that! Breakfast is always included and this is good! Lunch and dinner does not meet the standard this facility and guests deserves. We ended up at the many beach restaurants with better food, better view an far better prices. Food and drinks here cost less than only drinks at the hotel. Two nights a week the hotel arrange beach and garden party with entertainment. These are very good and absolutly recommended. The guests are mainly French or Russians. The French guests are never a problem....... All in all, a good stay for two weeks.

This place is massive you almost need a push bike to get from one end to the other. The gardens are lovely, the rooms are clean and spacious with very comfortable beds and soft fluffy pillows. There are swimming pools along the base of the eleven accommodation units each with five floors of rooms. There is a large pool close to the beach end of the resort. The staff are all very friendly some speak very good English some not. The staff who work at reception need to speak very good English when dealing with English speaking guests. They need to be easily understood when explaining the workings of the resort and what is and is not included in the package purchased. Having traveled extensively I have found the best English speakers to be staff that are a guest first point of contact for the hotel/resort are at reception.
There are three restaurants Pakarang being the main where breakfast, lunch and dinner can be had. The food is plentiful but, it's not the flavoursome food I've come to expect from staying at other resorts here in Thailand. The other restaurants are a Thai and an Italian. The Thai restaurant is ok, but a better meal for a LOT less money can be had outside the hotel. If the object of the management is to get their guest to eat elsewhere then they have achieved it. I did not try the Italian restaurant.
If you have a special deal where you are able to have either lunch or dinner you don't also get to have a drink of your choice included in the deal. You do however are eligible to have a free daily cocktail at the Blue Bar up near reception. I would much prefer a drink with my meal thank you very much.
The rooms often become invaded by mosquitoes. If you don't have a mozzy mat bug killer in your room ask for one, they work like a charm. The lagoon in the middle of the resort I'm sure is the breading ground for them. This lagoon needs to be cleaned and made to look as wonderful as the rest of the gardens. Also make sure you have the supplied water in glass bottles replaced every day. Do NOT drink water from the tap in the shower/toilet room. This is true for all resorts in Thailand as I'm sure you've been told.
Would I come here again? No, the place is too far from the main centre of Khao Lak where most of the shops and restaurants are or even from Bang Niang Market.
