The Victoria Inn is just outside Truro in the village of Threemilestone about 2 miles from the main A30 and near to the Royal Cornwall Hospital. I went there at the recommendation of one of our friends and was absolutely surprised at the space inside and the interior decor was superb and the whole place was scrupulously clean. There was...

I go to Victoria inn on a fairly regular basis, and usually it is very good. Tonight we went for my sons birthday, and the food was terrible, probably the worst I have ever had in a restaurant. Even before I tasted my pasta, the smell made me feel sick. When I tasted it I thought I was going to...

Oh my days. Having heard the reviews of this place, me and my fiancee decided to pay a visit. I can only describe the carvery as..... Well..... Quite possibly a carnivores delight. If you are a tree hugging vegan, avoid. The potatoes are clearly roasted in either goose fat or dripping. Or even both! The selection of meats roasted to...

The accommodation is situated up one flight of stairs, on the first floor (no lift) above the bar and restaurant. I was given a very comfortable family room which had a double and a single bed and an ensuite shower room. The food in the restaurant is excellent and even on a Monday or Tuesday evening in November it gets...

I stayed here with work for a few nights, the room was clean, the bathroom good, plenty of tea & coffee provided in the room and the bed comfortable. The rooms have an entrance round the back of the hotel, there was minimal noise from the pub although you could hear peep who were outside smoking and guess this could...

We come here every couple of months and the food is always fantastic with great service on all fronts! During our last visit I had the most perfectly cooked steak which literally melted in my mouth! This place is definitely worth a visit! Booking advisable!!

This is a fairly regular haunt as it is convenient to meet relatives. Our most recent visit was disappointing as the service was most haphazard, with our drink order being very slow, and after our main dishes were cleared, we had to ask twice for a sweet menu. The food was not up to the standard that we have come...

Looking for a decent pub/restaurant for dinner with friends, we thought we would try the Victoria Inn on the way back from a day sight seeing. We received a warm welcome and told to pick a table in the light and airy dining room. You can eat outside if the weather is fine in a courtyard. We opted for the...
