The Royal Hotel does the most delicious Sunday Roast. Was taken there by relatives and had a great time and enjoyed a great atmosphere, the staff were very friendly and happy to help out and the food and dessert was awesome.

The hotel/bar area looks lovely, but that's where it ends. The food was terrible, chips tasted like they were sour and they were also extremely undercooked. I order the chilli beef stir-fry with noodles, probably best described as a lump of noodles swimming in a 'sauce' along with some boiled beef. My mum order the chicken wrap which again, was...

I dined in the newly refurbished Dining Room, which I'm told also functions as a night club. There has been a great deal of money spent on the new decor, and on the signature chandelier. It is all beautifully done. The food was as one might expect - staple country fare and lots of it. You definitely won't go home...

We popped in here as we quite often eat at lunchtime in cookstown, it was a real treat! Very clean, modern, great service with a smile, tasty and large portions and excellent value for money, couldn't fault it!

Popped in last sat for a bite while Christmas shopping in the town,as it's that time of year me and the Mrs always like to try the turkey & ham dinner. There's not much else to say other than it was perfect, everything on the plate was as tasty as it gets and as for portion size it was plentyful,it's a...

Must be up there with the worst fried food I've ever had. The mini-fry consisted of one inedible piece of potato bread, an egg (???) swimming in grease, a rasher of bacon and a miserable looking sausage. I can think of better ways to spend £5. On the plus side, my wife's panini was reasonably good.

I visited the Royal Hotel with my family for a Christmas lunch and for the kids to Santa. From the start to the finish the staff were so friendly and professional, we had our lunch in the bar and it was amazing and so many options for you to choose from, and the dessert table provided a great selection of...
