Hidden in Wiltshire this beautiful hotel has a wonderful restaurant, spa and very friendly staff We booked a package deal for my wife's birthday and were pleasantly surprised to find we were up graded on arrival. Sadly we only stayed one night but would happily stay the rest of the week fantastic food great service and very good spa facilities

It's an Ok hotel with nice staff and nice rooms and the breakfast is hearty, but nothing really makes it that special. It's just another hotel that you would maybe go back to. Was hoping it would be so much more. If anyone from the hotel is reading this go and stay at Ellenborough Park, there is so much you...

We stayed here with our kids over the mid-April Easter period for a few days. The hotel itself is really nice and looks very impressive, a short drive from Warminster and Longleat. It has a great leisure centre which was never too busy and spa including a tropical thunderstorm shower room. The food was excellent - well presented and the...

We stayed at the hotel for just one night as a treat on our way to a holiday. The location is fantastic, the room was fantastic and the food was very good. We made use of the excellent spa facilities and the staff there were all very friendly and welcoming. However, the staff in the hotel were a little less...

We booked this break after researching several places, this one we kept coming back to so we knew it must be one of the best... We were not disappointed, upon arrival a porter took our bags to our suite, which was beautiful and just as we had hoped, the service throughout our stay, from the reception staff, waitress' and waiters,...

There is much that is right at Bishopstrow. Large fluffy dressing gowns, large fluffy bath towels. Very comfy large beds with crisp bed linen. Spacious room and bathroom. Our room was next to the spa not in the main house and it was excellent. Easy to log on wifi with no complicated password. Friendly attentive staff and very good service....

I have just one gripe. The waiter kept topping up our glasses with mineral water during our meal (at least 2-3 bottles) and I was slapped with a bill for over £16 just for mineral water (over £4 a bottle- charged for 4). If you are going to charge that much for water, it would make sense to put it...

We enjoyed an overnight stay, quirky but good sized and comfortable room, excellent leisure facilities, very good restaurant although at times service a little slow. In general a very good experience but never reached its full potential. A few niggles such as extra bed for my son was missing from bedroom, asked for another bathrobe but person came to clean...
