Stayed for just one night to break long journey from holiday in Cornwall back to home. The double room was very clean, beautifully furnished, had a good size bathroom with double shower and very comfortable king size bed. Bottles of still and sparkling water alongside tea and coffee were most welcome. Dined in the restaurant in the evening. The Thai... More

At first sight we thought we may have made a mistake but how wrong we were. The rooms were large, very well appointed and super comfortable. The bar is cosy and traditional and the food delicious. The staff were friendly and eager to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We kwill certainly stay here again.

We stayed at a different hotel due to late availability in the area. We selected the Weymout Arms as it was only a mile away and #8 in Warminster. Upon arrival the place look very nice and upmarket, the staff were friendly and helpful with a last minute table booking, not that we needed too as it was dead quiet.... More

My husband and I visited the restaurant last Saturday, to celebrate his birthday. The tomato soup was absolutely delicious and lovely and hot. Downhill from their on. We both chose duck breast. This was cooked exactly as we had asked, but was served with `cowboy` style baked beans - haricot beans and chorizo in tomato sauce - some very soggy... More

We booked two rooms for myself and my 19mth old daughter and my parents. On arrival it was a good job I had read the review stating it did not look appealing from the outside as there was a very old unkept abandoned Land Rover outside and several wheelie bins dumped on the road outside. We were in the two... More

Easy fast check in and check out with polite staff. I had room 2, with a bare brick wall in the bedroom as seen in the website pictures. The bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows. There was a TV in the room but I never used it. Tea and coffee making facility, with instant coffee and teabags in... More
