A really beautiful property perfectly placed within the lovely quaint village of Bakewell. We were immediately welcomed warmly on our arrival and shown directly to a lovely room. Everything was clean and comfortable. The bed was especially luxurious, nice and big with really soft sheets and bedding. Our room although snug was equipped with everything you would need for a...

We booked a stay of two nights at Sleep Lodge at very short notice and it was fab. The view from the room was suburb, the rooms were nice and warm, the church bell gently chimed through the night, and Bakewell was a very short walk away. We could have happily stayed here for the full week. The kitchen facilities...

Thank you for taking the time to write such a lovely review. We are extremely happy you enjoyed your stay with us in Bakewell, and we hope your dog enjoyed the stay too, (We're assuming you had a dog with you, or we have further questions about the bag!!) ;)

I stayed here for 2 nights with my sister. The best thing about Bagshaw was that the room was huge compared to any other rooms we stayed in while visiting the UK. The room was also decorated with fun, modern colors which is an interesting contrast to the house itself which was built in the 1600s. There was a large...

Loved Bagshaw Hall. Fantastic apartment with everything you need including microwave, fridge and iron. Our weekend was a surprise present from our sons and we were blown away by the surroundings. Could relax in comfort in our lounge and watch TV. Free wi-fi allowed us to plan our itinerary and research the area. We went to the heights of Abraham...

We stayed here the last weekend in January and the owners couldn't have been more welcoming. We arrived later than plan and was given an upgrade as our room had been let out. We had a lovely suite with lounge, bathroom and bedroom all done to a spectacular standard. We even had breakfast bought to the room. Thanks for a...

I attempted to book our stay online, however there was a problem on the website, so I called the Hall directly, it turned out the room I'd wished to stay in had been booked on one of the nights we'd chosen. When I spoke to Georgina on the phone she explained this and went out of her way to accommodate...

Stayed here back in November for our anniversary weekend. We stayed in the Penthouse Suite and had the most pleasant of weekends. The giant bath is the room is so luxurious. Limited parking, but you are right in the centre of Bakewell, so once you are parked you can leave your car there and walk around for the weekend. The...

Lovely stay in a beautiful place. If you want to relax and get away from it all this is the place for you. Though it's easy walking distance to the centre of Bakewell, the hall its self is tucked away at the top of a small hill with magnificent views .... I could have gazed out of our window for...

Beautifully presented suite, ( with a tub for 2 which I loved) in a stunning location. Literally 2 minutes walk into the centre of Bakewell. Fabulous big bed, lovely clean bathroom and kitchenette. Just grand. Big TV and DVD player a bonus but we didn't use them. Ideal for an overnight treat which is what we were doing, but better...

We arrived for our stay early in the day but were welcomed to check in straight away. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was beautiful. Very clean, spacious and a lovely bathroom too. The location was ideal as it was just a short walk into town. The staff were even helpful enough to give us a jump...
