Recent motorcycle trip around the Peak District and this was used as a 1 night stop. The accommodation is clean, tidy and perfectly adequate but a little 'tired'. The staff were all great, very friendly and helpful. Dinner in the Stables Pub was absolutely fine...More

This is the 2nd time we've stayed here. 2 nights rooms were comfortable but could do with a bit of decorating. However, the food was excellent and the staff very friendly. Understood gluten free properly as well. Very good and a super location.

Meals are good value for money , lovely beer garden. We didn't stop in the hotel just went for lunch after a long walk. Friendly helpful staff. Well worth a visit if you're in the area. Dog friendly too .
