Hotel's Favourite
We enjoyed our stay at the Premier Inn in Rhuddlan. We were visiting our son and his fiancée who live nearby. The Receptionist, Jayne, who we met a few times was friendly and helpful. Our room had everything we needed. We had the breakfast next door on one morning. That was excellent aswell. All in all, we would recommend this Premier Inn.

Absolutely fantastic, great price, great breakfast helpful and friendly staff everything we could've wanted in a one night stay. The room is basic but what do you need?? It's just a place to sleep and catch a bit of late night TV. The aircon works well, room is roomy, shower and bath work well its clean, honestly I couldn't have been happier!

I am quite severely disabled and requested an accessible room. Having not stayed in a Premier Inn before I was not sure what to expect. The hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and roomy and very well thought out for a disabled guest. The tub chair tilted slightly, making them easier to get out of and the bathroom was roomy and easy to use, with grab rails a plenty. The bath even had an area where you could sit to dry off. It made my stay very pleasant indeed and we will definitely go back. We got the Continental breakfast which was great, plenty of everything, better than some four star I've stayed in. We were not impressed with dinner at Table Table. We didn't have a dinner package, but found it expensive and somewhat limited. The staff were fine though and very helpful. Disabled or not, it's clean and quiet with very helpful Reception staff and we are looking forward to trying some other locations. Would definitely recommend. Jan and Fred Robinson Liverpool…

The food in the restaurant was very good, and the restaurant staff were very friendly. The hotel room was clean and the bed comfortable. However, it would have been nice to have had drawers for putting clothes in.. I discovered you have to request a member of staff to daily clean the room and refill the tea/coffee etc. There was an issue with the swipe card key. Constantly having to go back down to reception to have the key re-set as half the time the key would not unlock the room door.. My colleague had the same problem with his room key. Can be noisy at night being on a retail park, which can also mean limited parking space available at times.

Well situated for facilities there’s a KFC and Aldi right by it, a really nice Indian restaurant and a nature reserve less than 5 minute walk and the little town of Rhuddlan and it’s castle just a short distance away Plenty of parking and a Table Table pub with some good deals like two mains for £10.49 from 12-6 The hotel itself had very friendly staff and our room was clean & comfortable with a view of the castle Good aircon and quiet

Stayed here on numerous occasions now. Nice, quiet location. Rooms are always clean, plenty of hot water. Only negative was the ultimate wifi I paid five pounds for! Nothing ultimate about it! Other than that I'd definitely return

A pleasant stay. We had an overnight stay and included the meal deal which was really good. Staff in the restaurant next door were very helpful and friendly. We know hospitality is not an easy place to work in but we really appreciated the upbeat and friendly attitude of staff there. We had a comfy room but had to keep the window closed due to traffic noise. Location was great for access to where we wanted to get to.

this premier inn was situated as a break in our journey. We stayed on the Sunday night and Friday night having spent Monday to Thursday elsewhere. Rooms as expected, staff friendly and helpful but the ajoining restaurant was poor. Sunday night meal was ok, service was slow, cocktails poor, coffee was like dishwater. Saturday breakfast ok but only fresh cooked items were the eggs. Friday night service was diabolical. Ordered drinks and food. Drinks arrived promptly but having waited over 45 minutes for the food to arrive, I paid for the drinks and told them to cancel the food and ate in the KFC opposite. Saturday breakfast again only fresh cooked items were the eggs, bacon was inedible so I asked for fresh cooked which they did. To conclude, the hotel is great but the restaurant needs much improvement.…
