If you are seeking a convenient place to stay while in Sydney but don't what to live in the city centre try the Vibe at North Sydney. Great location, close to the train and bus stops. Three stations into the town hall. The service at this hotel was very good and they were busy as well. The room was very clean and tidy.

Staff at reception was super friendly and they made us feel welcome from the get go! They were also very helpful and assisted us with some information we need about the city and also printing some documents that we urgently needed. Overall outstanding service!

Regardless whether you on vacation or business trip this hotel is located in the heart of Sydney and provides a great base for any visit. The hotel facilities are very good, small pool and well equipt gym and the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The staff are excellent very friendly and can’t do enough for you. McMahons point ferry and easy access to circular quay or the city is only a 10 minute walk away.

Checked into occupied room…luckily the occupants were out! Could have been embarrassing! Waited for another room! Felt like it could happen to me too! Getting out of the car park was terrible as I had already paid but with a line up behind me I paid again! Then the inconvenience of getting a refund.

Super clean hotel room, with very good sound insulation. The modern design and fittings of the room, and the hotel overall sets off a very pleasant vibe! Staff very courteous, and if you need it (I didn't), parking is very affordable.

Hair all over the bathroom. Broken toilet roll holder. Dirty pillow slips and robes - both deeply stained. First impressions of the staff were incredible. Kindly offered us an extra hour of late check-out for free, however, this seemingly was not lodged as the cleaner tried entering at the regular check-out time, and we received a phone call questioning why we were still in our room. Did not resolve or offer any retribution for the disgusting 'cleanliness' of the place.

Weekends in North Sydney seem to have dining/cafes closed for breakfast and lunch. Possible light dining options especially Breakfast would benefit weekend appeal for this location. Great attentive staff, easy to access foyer and rooms.

After initially finding the hotel, which was a bit of a maze to locate rooms, lifts etc. we found the hotel very modern, clean and all the comfort needed for a weekend away. The bed was super comfy and lovely body accessories in the bathroom. Mini bar also which was nice to see after COVID. Hotel was close to everything and in walking distance to the train station, local plaza but only open weekdays. The staff at Vibe were lovely. The housekeeping staff were lovely and very hospitable. Concierge staff were very welcoming and helpful. We definitely will stay here again.

Great modern hotel, very well located close to North Sydney station and only 7 mins to Central. Rooms are large and modern and come fully equipped with everything you need. Hotel has a rooftop pool and gym which were both very functional and clean. Staff are friendly and hotel has its own food court with many great options. Only negative was that our towels were not replaced one day due to a late arrival of linen, were told we would receive a visit from housekeeping to replenish but were only given two pool towels to use as makeshift linen. Otherwise would recommend to stay again, good value and location top! Worth noting there is construction taking place next door, we were woken by hammer drill one morning but rest of the days it was hardly heard.
