The rooms are quiet and the air con works well. The staff on the front desk are friendly and helpful. The bathroom is functional however the pipes are rusty and the tiles are cracked. Firstly there was no one available to help with our abundance of luggage upon arrival at 8am??! Found this quite shocking. We stayed 2 nights in the 2 bdrm suite. The room was great with a lounge, kitchen with dishwasher, dining table etc. Staff were very friendly & accommodating. Housekeeping was very good & we thoroughly enjoyed our breakfasts in the restaurant. Free wifi was very fast.

We drove past the entry as it is not very well signposted. Check in was fine but we needed to use the stairs from the carpark as you apparently need to go down then up to make the lift work.
