We stayed 3 night at this modern and very nice B&B. Nice and large bedroom, living room for guests, very good breakfast. The owners were very kind and helpful. Of course, after a while you get the impression that the she owner is always too much enthusiast. Anyway, we had a very good time there.

We stayed here for one night, the room was large and had a nice clean bathroom. Hosts were very friendly and helpful with recommendations in the town. Was served a wonderful breakfast with an excellent view. Only gripe was the bedding was in need of an update and also the bed caved in the middle. Overall a good experience in...

This is a bit out of town, but only 2 minutes in a car. .Nice if you wish to run a few kilometers. Big room, with own "walk in closet". Finally a decent sized TV (why do all Irish B&B's have 14" TV's??). Good beds. The best part - a lounge room, with a big TV and SATELLITE TV!!! We...

Amazing! B&B in a modern house just walking distance from the centre of Kenmare with its bars, restaurants and a wide variety of shops. The Brambles provided a spacious room with ensuite and a separate guests' lounge. The view over the valley while you have breakfast is amazing. Amazing value, too. Ann and Ken did everything they could to make...

Stayed 3 nites & were very pleased. Upon arrival the owner energetic Ann Powers informed us of the layout of her home & tea, coffee & pound cake were offered in the guest sitting room. We had the ground floor room which was very pleasant. The home is 8 yrs old, built & designed by Ann's husband Ken, & is...

First thing you notice is the beauty of this modern home. The details (floors, doors, etc.) and decor are wonderful! Ann and Ken are extremely friendly, warm people who make you feel at home. The breakfast was delicious -- loved the homemade marmalade. Would DEFINITELY recommend this place and would stay again in a heartbeat! Thanks so much!

All six of us French/Irish/American mixed family stayed at the Brambles for three nights; we had three superb double rooms with en suite showers very clean and beautiful. The location is just outside Kenmare but after a meal in town in the evening it was nice to walk back to the Brambles. In the morning we had a choice of...

We stayed one night in a beautiful modern room. We weren't within walking distance of Kenmare so we drove into town for a walk and dinner. It was very nice and Ann was very helpful. Breakfast was fantastic in a beautiful room!

“Top floor has better views, but the ground floor room is lovely even though it looks out to the front driveway/gates...country setting.”
