Everything was superb! The room, the view, the friendly and helpful staff and owners AND the food. Especially loved the oranges in vanilla sauce....although there were so many wonderful items it was hard to choose! And just a short walk (just right to walk off breakfast going into town, or a pint or two coming back)..

I truly can't find anything to complain about, Castlewood was excellent. The rooms were very cozy with that rustic antique feeling, the decoration was very adhoc with what you expect Ireland to be. We stayed in a two twin beds room, it was very spacious and it had a wonderful jacuzzi tub which helped a lot after being all day...

Unfortunately, because it is such a great place there were no vacancies. I would easily go back here and stay again. I'm pretty sure we would...

The Dingle Peninsula is absolutely breathtaking and staying at Castlewood House just makes it even more so. The place is run by a husband and wife team, Brian and Helen. Brian checked us in. He was quite friendly and give us a map of the town with a ton of restaurant and live music recommendations. The town center was just...

Spent one night at Castlewood house a few nights ago and could not have been more pleased . Helen and Brian are wonderful host in every respect. They greet and treat you as long time friends and nothing you ask of them is an inconvience. When asked to recommend a restaurant for dinner they both spent a great amount of...
