Ideal area for walking and very scenic with endless sights to tour around to see. The B&B is first class and Mairin and Gerry are perfect hosts providing us with lovely food and a real friendly place to stay, also giving us plenty of information on the area, places of interest to visit and see. Would thoroughly recommend it.

Western Ireland is beautiful and the golf is out of this world. Our stay in Belmullet was the highlight of our trip. Mairin treated us like family. She knows the area and the people well. She did so much more than we could have expected. She was able to put us in touch with just the right people to help...

The host were very helpful with many questions. They went above and beyond to help us with many request that included family roots. We stayed at Drom Caoin for two nights. The primary purpose of the trip was to play the links at Carne, a spectacular course out on the Mullet Peninsula. The B&B owners were very helpful in arranging tee times. Their home on a hill just outside the center of Belmullet, well within walking distance, was warm and comfortable, and the...

Mairin is a wonderful woman with all the knowledge you need for travel in Ireland in general and in the peninsula in particular. The house is very nice with clean rooms, close to the center and the breakfast...

My elderly mother and my sister stayed atDrom Caoin last weekend, and I was so happy to see how comfortable they both were! the rooms were cosy and spacious, and there was an atmosphere of warmth and welcome everywhere. Lots of lovely nooks to sit and relax, and so close to town. I would highly recommend this B&B and in...

Stayed here during a birding trip to Bellmullet and everyone in the group enjoyed it. There was great flexibility as we were out early in the morning and could return mid-morning for breakfast. Walking distance from the town centre where there was good food and pubs. Sure to return.

I've cycled 5 times in Ireland for about 4.000 km sleeping in a lot of B&B, but only here I drank an italian cappuccino and a double coffe Espresso at breakfast and a glass of limoncello in the afternoon offered me by the owner.
