Beautiful setting. My partner and I stayed here for two nights and participated in the clay pigeon shooting which was a great experience. Very helpful staff. The room was spacious and clean. Food in the "fuller room" was delicious, only downside was the portion size. Saying this we returned the second night but this time ordered sides with the main....

A group of 15 of us stayed in the lodges for 2 nights. A great package was offered by staff. The lodges by the lake were lovely, very clean and well equipped. All bedrooms were ensuite and the bed were massive. The staff were very helpful and attentive. We'd a beautiful afternoon tea and a gorgeous 3 course meal (especially...

The Estate has both good and bad points. The Woodlands cabin we stayed in was very clean, good furnishings and amenities. The owner made himself known and arranged for outside tables to be brought to our cabin. One suggestion is to supply travel cot in each cabin. Food was okay. Two vegetarians in our party meant they had little to...

This was my second visit to this hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. Beautiful grounds and the building is impressive. The staff were very welcoming, the room was comfortable and roomy. My daughter and I dined in the restaurant and were served wonderfully tasty and beautifully presented dishes. Everything was scrumptious, the service was friendly but efficient. The whole meal...

You just have to book and see for yourself. This place has everything but just in the right measures. The grounds are stunning, the hotel restored and preserved with taste and thought. The food is traditional but refined and the spa is just delightful. You have to stay here to appreciate Co. Mayo offering the best. The staff do the...

Mount Falcon was the perfect blend for us. First - it catches...

As locals we have taken our time reviewing the Kitchen restaurant at Mount Falcon. I suppose it might be as we eat here regularly we have omitted to appreciate what a fantastic place it is! For Valentines celebration we ate here on Sunday prior to the actual day. We had the 7 course tasting menu which was simply mouth watering....

It was my husbands birthday which fell on the day before St Patricks and mid week so we opted for a luxurious mid week break. Mount Falcon is not too far from Dublin where we live and what a fabulous Hotel it was. We walked, travelled to Ballina, explored the area and did some Falconry. What a treat to meet...
