We had a lovely Christmas break in Mount Falcon Estate staying in one of the Lakeside Cottages - Mum, Dad, 3 daughters & the dog! The house was squeaky clean, super snug and positioned beautifully overlooking the lake. The grounds are fantastic with opportunities for lovely walks and I managed to get my 5k run in every morning. The hotel...

Definitely the best hotel in Ireland we've stayed in.......and we've been to a few good four and five star hotels. Dinner in The Kitchen restaurant was superb. Slightly more expensive for your typical four star hotel; however, the quality and flavours from an imaginative chef are well worth the extra cost. Breakfast was also impressive with plenty of selection. Dinner...

I write this review in bed on the 2nd of my two night stay on business. The bed is really really comfy. :) the staff here are faultless and service is always efficient. The food is outstanding though slightly over priced perhaps ...but we are desensitised to the real cost of producing top class food and I note from the...

Lovely genuine old-style hotel. Very friendly and helpful service - we just asked and they did it, no matter what. Very relaxed atmosphere. Food really good too. Loads to do on site - bikes, spa, pool, fishing, driving range. Only one complaint - outdoor signage all to small!!!

Old fashioned castle style building made influence to me. Friendly staff, good food and full Irish breakfast... Room was large and clean and silent. Overall, location at countryside with several golf courses nearby. What else can we expect?

We have visited mount falcon several times. Amazing pool (you can buy a type of membership for pool facilities). Great campus (everything that you want there) (even a helicopter pad). Great restaurant and reasonable food (although I can't remember the price). Can't even compliment the campus/perimeter enough. The rooms are great. We even saw Bono once.

I finally got to use a gift vocher for afternoon tea on Sunday and I was delighted with the beautiful display and the service we recieved. When you need a treat or a good catch up with a friend, it is worth the treat. I wish I could have afternoon tea everyday.

I went to Mount Falcon as part of a group of 6 (3 couples). We were celebrating a birthday and engagement and also as we recently got engaged ourselves we were checking it out as a potential wedding venue. Being vegetarian I had rung the hotel in advance to request a menu as I also have some additional dietary requirements....
