Great caravan site with lots to do. We went as a family with another family. Kids age ranged from 10 - 3. They had a great time. Older ones LOVED zipit and spent an afternoon here. Play park is great and you can come and go all day. Although when we landed site was very wet, drainage is good and...

Although it was very wet when we arrived, and the view from the tent was akin to the front lines at the battle of the Somme, we had a really good two weeks. The warden staff were very friendly, most accommodating and nothing was too much trouble for them. The Grand Children thoroughly enjoyed their first nights "under canvas", and...

When we arrived it was lashing raining and we noticed large puddles everywhere, the ground wasn't great for camping on, anyway we pitched the tent and headed to the lough key restaurant for something to eat until it eased off, food was nice but expensive. We used the dryers onsite to dry my husbands clothes as he was soaked. Kids...

Went there for 2 night camping in a tent: really happy, overall great camping site. Facilities are great: bathroom/restroom area are very clean and very functional (one comment though: cost of shower token are bit pricey at €2 for 5min, but i can understand cost of electricity/water of the site). There are great scenery & activities nearby at lough key...

Great fun for both adults & older kids, really bring out everyone's competitive side, our 2 hours were over in no time. Would definitely come back, only draw back far too many groups in at one time, so a wait time for every quest which eats into your 2 hour time slot

Enjoyed my time here with the kids, they loved playing in the trees. Very private hard pitches but very dark as surrounded by beautiful woodlands, also they are not level so you will definitely need chocks. Walking distance to the centre of Lough Key Forest Park which has a daytime cafe, playground, high ropes, walking trails, boat trips etc

My 1 star is for the campsite which unfortunately was a very poor standard. Such a pity because it is in a wonderful setting. We enjoyed very much lough key park itself which I would give 4/5. Our favourite thing being the big tree where the kids played for hours. We all loved our rowing boat trip and especially the...

We cycled through the many trails, enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Once you leave the popular lake quay area, it gets very quiet. The trails are easy, mainly graveled, some mud. We had a picnic with a view of trinity and the castle folly. Came away totally recharged.

Nice park with lots to do. Campsite is in a lovely setting and you can camp right in under the trees if you wish. Toilets and showers are clean and plentiful. 2 kettles a few cooker tops, fridge and chest freezer along with washing machine and dryer. The sitting/dining room area was left filthy by people leaving papers and wrappers...
