We had a quick but inviting stay at the Inn in October. The owner was more than generous with his hospitality, taking us in to the beautiful town of Malahide in his personal car. The actual accommodations were "ok". Didn't realize that the payment wasn't taken off my Visa at booking either. Not a big deal but, I felt bad...

Beautiful house. Great host Joe with his adorable little dog Rosie. Joe couldn't do enough for you and recommended some great places to see and dine. Bedrooms were lovely and spacious with beautiful views of the garden. Breakfast was made to order by Joe and there was a wide choice on offer. The whole experience was very enjoyable.

We had a group of 7 people in 3 rooms stay 4 nights. There are 3 floors and all of our rooms were on the 2nd floor. There are 7 rooms total, but they typically only rent out 4. The owners are Joe the father and Terry the son. And a ferocious Maltese dog (ha ha) that has a foot...

We wanted a last night B&B just outside Dublin so we could catch the ferry the next day. My wife found Beechwood & we could not have done better. It is a beautiful building & Jo, the owner, went out of his way to help us & get us settled. The house is quite beautiful with luxurious lounges & bedrooms...

This is truly a very nice place to stay & convenient for a vacation stay in Dublin. Access to the city is very easy by bus which stops just a few yards from the house - just make sure you know where to get off when returning. Beechwood Country House is very well appointed and the owners is so welcoming...

Beechwood is a beautiful country house, tastefully decorated with a lovely rose garden. In a quiet location but easily accessible to Malahide and the coast. We were made very welcome and felt at home immediately. The owner is very friendly, funny and cooks a wonderful breakfast. Our room had ample space, was clean, very comfortable bed and a nice bathroom...

Stayed in the triple room with my wife and daughter and what a great experience. The room was much larger than anticipated, the whole house tastefully decorated and our hosts were warm and friendly, providing local advice and a great breakfast! Why stay in overpriced accommodation in Dublin when Malahide is only 20 minutes away from the capital on the...

I stayed there 2 nights and it was a real pleasure. Big room, nice environment and super guest! the owner! There is a splendid small dog in the house, Rosy, and she is going around gently! I had a great breakfast and a pleasant stay, very professional but is a house that is more similar to a house than a...

Not far from Dublin Airport, not wel indicated to find. Very well maintained old style mansion with noisy wooden floors and tons of charm. Very friendly hosts and perfect breakfast.good wifi. Small and unpractical bathroom, no place to put your stuff and weak shower. €150 for a night is a bit overpriced

Your hosts, the O'Reilly Family, welcome you to Beechwood Country House, one of Dublin's most luxurious and most upmarket family country houses! Though of recent origin, this house has been lovingly designed as a replica of a typical 18th century Dublin City Georgian mansion.Complete with commodious hall, high ceilings and flooring of recycled church pine, Beechwood Country House follows the Georgian architectural and design pattern in all areas except the realm of soft furnishings that have been tastefully finished blending the traditional with the contempory. When you stay at Beechwood Country House, take a leisurely repose and capture the magnitude and unique ambience of the place. Take an imaginary journey back through time and visit the opulence and splendour of Georgian Dublin. ... more   less
